Mark, you're going to have to accept the reality I did after being a fan for over 50 years! Being a Cowboys fan is living in hope to die in despair. Neither of us will ever see another Super Bowl! It's only getting worse. Cap boy has pushed wayyyy too much money down the road. If they pay Micah too, it will give a new definition to Cap Hell! Dak and Lamb already killed the cap. There will be no key free agent pickups and the Cowboys can't build completely through the draft. The Jones wrote checks without considering the future consequences.
I'm of two minds on it. On the one hand, being a lifelong Washington fan coming out of the Snyder years I feel your pain of what Jerry is doing or not doing. On the other hand, as a Washington fan, I am also okay with Dallas going another 30 years without making it to the Conference Championship round.
Be happy y'all finally making the playoffs. Jerry is a bad GM but atleast the Cowboys have still been a winning franchise. The Redskins sucked for forever.
