@B.Cote39 Hi. Yes, I had many email conversations with Doug. We discussed door designs. I am an Ex Welding and engineering instructor. We had a few designs. And also pressure vessel designs to withstand 1000ft of ocean. I will publish them eventually. Since I don't have official engineering software that can test strength, I have to be careful declaring something can or will work. But it isn't too trivial. We only need to ride out a few days of horror with enough o2 supplied to make it. Not impossible. Im not giving up. I'm going to try to teach young welders how to build their own shelters. Were going to give it one hell of a fight!
@ i remember him mentioning he was in contact with a builder engineer, you know even if he is wrong (which i pray that he is !) its better to have a plan at the very least ! Though i believe at the very least we will see a “grid killer” in near future , not sure if your into FB msger but im on there as branden cote , pic of my daughter and I , seems we have much in common if youd like to chat more ! I do a little fabricating myself 😎 ironically floating rental Domes , though not intended for end of the world type scenario you never know where these ventures take you 🤔 option B survival plan or phase 2 would be to escape the iceage and head for Ecuador, marine biology seems to have made it through many of these “events “ could be viable option for humans as well
