This programmable CNC automatic tube punching machine produces distortion-free holes on hollow tubes and pipes. Comes with features like Auto tube edge detection, Auto clamping & failure detection. This process has the lowest operating cost as compared to other very expensive methods like laser/plasma cutting.
Key applications - Showroom Gondola Racks, Display Rack Tubing, Fence Posts, Gas Grill Frames & Manifold Tubes, Video Screen Frames, Heat Exchanger Tubes, Office Furniture Etc.
Hole pitch accuracy = +/- 0.1 mm
Hydraulic Tonnage = 20 Ton ( Up-to 100 Ton as per customer requirement)
