I'm stuck at 1:25, rounding the corners. I'm in r21 and the bevel is not doing anything like I see here. It's just sliding along the edge not changing a thing.

Hey Bro! I have some Issues with Preference in Cinema 4D R19. When I Click the Preferences In Edit. It Stucks, Not Responding. Even tho I Reinstalled It, Didn't Works. How to Fix this Problem?
Just downloaded C4D, wanted to try and first problem is why can't I use edge tool to make edges longer? my polygon is becoming deselected when I click on edge tool (egdes mode) HELP
The option to create materials is in the panel below the timeline. Click Create, which is at the bottom left if you're in Startup or Standard workspace. Once it's created you'll have options to tweak in the Attributes panel on the bottom right.
I need your help...when i try to scale down the bottom of the cup then arises a gap...so i can only scale down the polygon but the cup will not be smaller...pls help
Cylinders do that, they have their caps/ends not connected with the ring/tube. To connect them go in the point mode > select all points (ctrl+A) > press U+O (Optimize function) Now everything should be connected like you want it to.
If you are stuck at 0:43
make sure you made the polygon editable (Pressing C)

Never mind, I ended up going over to R18. The bevel options in R21 are weird now and I'm not used to them yet

You must've been dragging something else than a spline into the field.

If your Sweep doesn't get proper frame shape at 11:26. Select Sweep > Object Tab > Uncheck Banking

-OnlyHacKs- In the options panel, at the bottom right. Right next to Create N gons you can tick the Create Caps box on.

If you still didn't get it to work, try changing it to any other combination. It depends in what direction your skateboard is pointing.

Make sure you're in the edge mode. It goes fast, but I selected that button on the left side.

Your object must be editable first (pressing c with the object selected). Hope it helps!
