I cant remember exactly I saw Brent's video where he threw a couple questions at him and he's from overseas (clearly) but over there he worked on motorcycles and was real big into racing them and making as much power as he could so he brought that into the Honda game (kind of similar) but does a lot of cool tricks like you wouldn't think of as far as head work goes, cams, etc. The dude is extremely knowledgeable. Check out Brent's channel and look for the vid I think its something to do with his custom icebox intake.
@@joshuahenthorn6532 yeah. They go to lunch and dyno. Unfortunately phongs cars oil pump locked up on the dyno. I said it before. I'd love him to assemble and get some head work on my old 6bolt 4g63. I'm sure he could clean it up well and get more cfm/ through it.

Respirators and bandanas won't save you from exhaust gasses. It's carbon monoxide gas. If you can get air through the respirator you can get carbon monoxide. You would need breathing apparatus with oxygen tanks to be fully protected. Exposure to carbon monoxide can cause lasting damage even if it doesn't kill you. It kills braincells because there isn't enough oxygen in your blood parts of the brain are oxygen starved. If you have been feeling dizzy or sleepy some damage has already been done. Stay safe.

I'm pretty sure the unburned gasoline was the main toxin. The respirators will work for that. Gas fumes will make you dizzy too and a little high. They were huFFING.
Not true. The main by product of any fossil fuel burning is carbon monoxide. All fossil fuels are hydrocarbons. Oxygen is needed for any combustion process. The reaction releases energy which is the power that drives the pistons. Very little unburned fuel should be exhausted at cruising speed anyway, even if the mix is rich to facilitate boost. I'm not really here for an argument in any case. I just don't want to see these people hurting themselves unwittingly.
Evil Genius that’s not what he’s talking about. The fuel filter was clogged causing more pressure in the tank and gas fumes escaping into the cabin.
Yeah it was from the fuel tank not the exhaust pipe from the filter clogging up

Looks like they have a great family life. Hell they probably know more about cars than most adults who went to school to learn auto mechanics. Hell I took 2 yrs auto mech and was in work co-op sr year high school 3 classes in the AM then went to work at a Chevy dealership for the rest of the day and that was back in 1988. Frick Im 49 now. Brent is the man and Kyle couldn't have any better co pilot, tuner, roadtrip buddy ever. These two are crushing it! All for us to see. Thanks PFI, and BOOSTEDBOIZ!!

I drove 950 miles with my 1JZ Cressida packed with all my personal belongings after driving 1900 miles there and return in a moving truck when I moved my family from Sydney to Central Queensland where I live. That's 2850 miles total in 3 trips.
Neither of those looked as uncomfortable as doing this trip. Good luck Kyle and Brent. 👍
