The day's events officially start with the Pony Express Parade..See the latest innovative horse drawn equipment in ground driven, engine powered, and PTO powered models. See manure equipment, hay making equipment, and much more. See the latest models of Small shop built portable sawmills and wood processing machinery. This year's attendance was almost 40,000 over both days.

He has done a lot of stuff with his draft horses, logging and doing field work. The lady in a light blue grey shirt is his wife Brenda. I love watching the Amish children driving their ponies! Do they ever have Amish horse shows?

Enjoyed your video. I wholeheartedly believe in farming with horses..my issue is how some of these horses give their all and when injured or old are disposed of at an auction for horse meat. From what I’ve seen this is common in the Amish community. It’s not right..give them to a rescue or put them out to pasture.
Thanks for watching. I understand your concern however the horse will die sooner or later. Farming is not a hobby for these people. Horses are expensive animals to keep. The question is…is it more honoring to an animal to die of old age and buried with no use of its body or to be used for a purpose such as dog food and a myriad of other products without going to waste? A horse dying of old age is more than likely riddled with disease and useless. Dead and dying animals are not wanted.

PG here UA-cam played a horrible commercial on your channel. UA-cam has x-rated commercials on decent videos, your's mostly Christian Amish. The commercial was a 20 ? year old sleeping with a 54 year old and describing the act!
Why don't you get a tractor you ruin those horses by the time you finish with them they just die😢
