Yummy!!! I also love to take Sunkist sugar free orange soda and pour over ice and add a bit of heavy cream. Orange cycle in a glass so refreshing. Also you are beautiful I side and out. Quit fretting over nothing.
Thank you CJ & Sarah for bringing me back to my high school lunchroom where each day I had a creamsicle for dessert! Class of 1980 Bishop McMahon H.S. 🥰
Hahaha my fav part when your hubby does the taste test ha and when you inserted the childhood photos lol I’m dying it sounds like his parents didn’t let him get an ice cream from the ice cream truck. Poor guy what you could do to make it more orange is grade orange rind in the oil from the skin of the orange will give it more flavor. I’m gonna try this with coconut cream. and vanilla bean
I loved this. I had two favorites when the Good Humor Man came by...Orange creamsicle and toasted almond. I actually remember being quite upset when he was out of both. Thanks for this video, they do seem very easy to make and they would be so refreshing. I am really enjoying your "after the video" conversations. "Behind the scenes at Cjsketokitchen".
Creamsicles have always been my absolute favorite flavor and I can't wait to try this recipe!🧡🍊🧡. Sarah you look lovely no matter what angle CJ is shooting from. Yes, we got to appreciate more of that pretty orange top when he moved back-but then you always dress/look fantastic!!
And...they're already in the freezer..lol I had to use my grandson's popsicle mold but like you said they are nice and small. I was able to get 8 creamsicles. This mixture with some crushed ice and vodka in the blender and you have a refreshing summer drink!
Excellent. Creamsicles are my favorite. I will try these, maybe in small dishes. I’m struggling right now to create our perfect keto ice cream that isn’t too hard. Jello may be the answer and it will be in my next trial. Also, thanks for the idea of using a different flavor jello….Wow!
OMG Sarah, I have loved creamsicles ever since I was a little boy. Thank you for making these keto. I cant wait to make these. I'm sure your girls will go crazy over these. You better make extra batch so you can have some for yourself. Oh my goodness, I got so tickled at the end when you got onto the conversation about boobs. When you said people who have boobs wish they had smaller ones. I laughed and laughed. Like my mother would say, Very Very cute.
I am going to try this you have helped me so much and the recipes you always are in point I hope this tastes so good I haven't had one and I don't know how long thank you so much Sarah you're awesome........
Hi there, lovely lady, could I use plain yogurt instead of the heavy cream. I usually use plain F/ F yogurt in my popsicle recipes and they turn out fine, might use half cream and half yogurt. Lovely receipe Luv from Sandy in NZ🥰
I am thoroughly convinced now that you (and another certain keto shirtless science 'buff') can hear me. I just talked about the ice cream truck and missing a dream sicle two days ago...🤯 Uuuuhmmm, thanks???😳
What an awsome recipe! I definitely need to try this! I just have 2 little questions: You blended the orange water mix with the cream wile the water was still super hot or you let it cool a little or no need to let it cool at all? Plus no added sweetener needed? You guy's are the sweetest couple ever! Love your recipes and I just finished to do your keto "Cinnabon cake" yes second time I do that recipe, I can't get enough of it! It tastes soooooo much like the real thing 😱❤ THANK YOU 🙏😭❤️ Best regards from Switzerland 🇨🇭 👋 😊 Much love! ❤
I added the dissolved gelatin, that was still warm with the heavy cream, and did not have any trouble. Sugar-free gelatin has an artificial sweetener already in it so there’s no need for additional sweetness. If you use unflavored gelatin and orange flavor, then you will need to add sweetener. Thanks for watching
I was going to make this but i have Kool Aid left over from my poke cake not Jell-O. So i have to wait. Also, the girls are like bacon. Always the star. 😲😬 ............. 😎👍👍
It's already summer here in the Midwest 92 degrees! Question is the Jello sweetened at all? Or did I miss you adding a sugar substitute? I'm going to try strawberry cream ones. Thanks for the recipe ☺️
Please report back if it works out… Simply delicious quite a different product. I have tried using it before a traditional and it has not been successful. Thanks for watching😁
OMG CJ had a smile on his face < awesome poker player eh > I do love orange cream as well. Have you made chocolate one? Stay safe & take care of you all. Thanks for sharing eh :))
Can unsweetened koolaid- does have artificial food coloring, though, & unflavored gelatin be used, so as avoid aspartame & use own sweetner alternative-- I do love your set up-- would love to make for my grands-- no aspartame allowed
Those look delish. But I noticed you didn’t add any type of sweetener…not sure I can convince my grandkids. Is it ok to add a keto liquid sweetener or will it ruin the firmness.
I’m sorry, I have only prepared the recipe as written… I’ve had other viewers say that they preferred the gelatin over the xanthan gum because the texture made with the xanthan gum was not ideal. I hope you can find a recipe without gelatin that works for you. Thanks for watching😊
Ive been searching for over a year now for that specific kind of whisk. Please tell me where I can get one like that. Ive tried amazon and ebay. No luck, unless its listed by a special name? Thank you so much.
Hi there Marie… It’s actually a Scandinavian whisk… It’s my very favorite tool of life… It can be a bit noisy though, so I don’t always use it on camera. It is linked in our Amazon favorites. I have pasted the link for you to find it right here: Check out this Idea List on Amazon: Cjsketokitchen Essentials by Cjsketokitchen www.amazon.com/shop/cjsketokitchen.com?listId=3AZZBGR8A3GQ9&ref=idea_share_inf
Hmmmm, That’s never happened before… When I click on it it takes me to our list. Well here is what to search for if you would like to search on your own. This is what the one I ordered is called: 3 Pieces Scandinavian-Type Whisk Egg Small Whisk Whipper Stainless Steel Egg Whisk Flat Spring Coil Whisk Egg Frother, Milk and Egg Beater Blender 10 Inch
Not as is, I would use 2 cups almond milk or half and half, 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, orange oil and zest…. A pinch of salt. Add orange food coloring until it’s the shade you’d like. The key here is Allulose! About 3/4 cup. Allulose doesn’t crystallize in ice cream, and it’s all I use in my ice cream. 🍨
These look so good. Wish I could have them. But I am allergic to sugarfree jello. I break out in hives. Do you know of a substitute for the jello by chance. Much appreciated if you could figure it out. thanks!!
Hi Mary, I have used unflavored gelatin and kool-aid in the past. You could sweeten it with natural sweetener and let in dissolve in the boiling water with the gelatin.

DO NOT USE ANY SUGAR-FREE JELLO THAT USES ASPARTAME! ASPARTAME IS A TOXIC SUBSTANCE! USE ONLY STEVIA SWEETENER INSTEAD!!!
You are beautiful just the way you are! The two of you just bless my heart every time I see your videos!
Thank you so much 🥰🥰🥰

I do that with any soda. It reminds me of a coke float, or wedding punch. Can’t wait to try these.
Thank you CJ & Sarah for bringing me back to my high school lunchroom where each day I had a creamsicle for dessert! Class of 1980 Bishop McMahon H.S. 🥰
lol, put them out there. I am over 70, I said to husband I am done with bras. His kind reply was I cannot tell if you are wearing one or not.
😊
Lol😂
Such a good idea! but in my country we don't have orange gelatin so I will make them with strawberry flavor. thank you for your tips

I think that I would like to try this recipe to make those little orange sherbet cups that I use to have as a kid. The ones with the wooden spoon, lol
I did that successfully with my leftover mixture and some Dixie cups. Have fun 🤩

Wow 🤩 92 crazy!
It’s sugar-free, but sweetened artificially. ♥️

I loved the boob conversation at the end! Going to try these the next time the grandkids visit.
OMG I am dying of laughter about the Boobs in question too funny ty for the laugh.
That was a great video. Can I use an ice cream maker using your recipe? Thank you
Sure 👍🏻
Can unsweetened koolaid- does have artificial food coloring, though, & unflavored gelatin be used, so as avoid aspartame & use own sweetner alternative-- I do love your set up-- would love to make for my grands-- no aspartame allowed
Theoretically it should... i’ve used that combination before for other things and it worked fine. Please report back if you do. Thanks for watching☺️
I bet orange extract would bump the flavor up a notch and the alcohol in the extract may even keep it just a little softer when freezing.
Yummmm
Using vitamix for 45 seconds got 8 popsicles
Those look delish. But I noticed you didn’t add any type of sweetener…not sure I can convince my grandkids. Is it ok to add a keto liquid sweetener or will it ruin the firmness.
Hi Lucy…the sugar free Jell-O that I used… It’s already pre-sweetened with an artificial sweetener, so that provides sweetness.
Is there an good alternative for Gelatin? Zanthum Gum maybe? We aren’t meat eaters!
I’m sorry, I have only prepared the recipe as written… I’ve had other viewers say that they preferred the gelatin over the xanthan gum because the texture made with the xanthan gum was not ideal. I hope you can find a recipe without gelatin that works for you. Thanks for watching😊
Gotta try this. So, How do you wrap these for keeping in the freezer?
They become firm enough to store in a ziplock bag, which is what we did.

Hi Deborah. I’ve had success with Amazon….that’s the only place I’ve found lemon 🍋
hey!!! do you think this can be put into an ice cream maker and churned like ice cream? what adjustments do you think i would need to make? thanks!!!
