    Steamed Fish Recipe
    2 whole snapper fish
    2 tsps. Salt
    2 tsps all-purpose seasoning
    1 tsp black pepper
    6oz or 1 cup chopped pumpkin
    1 carrot
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 sm Irish potato
    6 okras
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 onion
    2 sprigs thyme
    1/2 tomato
    1/2 scotch Bonnet
    2 tsps green seasoning
    3/4 cup fish stock
    1/2 cup coconut milk
    Stuffed Oven Grilled Fish Recipe
    2 whole Snapper Fish
    1 tbsp. Unsalted Melted Butter
    1 tbsp. Olive Oil
    1/2 tsp. Salt (or salt to taste)
    1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
    1/2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
    1 tsp. All-Purpose Seasoning
    1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
    1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1 tsp. Wet or Dry Jerk Marinade
    *Stuffing*
    2 cups Chopped Callaloo
    1/2 cup Diced Okra (about 6)
    1/2 cup Diced Pumpkin
    1 tbsp. Green Seasoning
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
    1/4 tsp. All-Purpose Seasoning
    1/2 tbsp. Butter
    2 tsps. Oil
