    So glad I found this. I have been struggling for weeks and knew that I was getting my center mass behind the ball on my downswing. I just did not know how to fix it. After a while, doing the wrong thing becomes muscle memory and it wrecks your score card every time out. Thanks, Steve.

    Thanks Steve, I've been playing golf for 60 years and this one tip has added consistency and added distance to my game. I have always felt the dreaded lateral sway in my backswing. There were days when I had adequate timing to have some consistency but more days when I did not. Stiffening that right leg has made all the difference. THANK YOU!!

    Sorry Steve I know this is an old video but I have only just subscribed and found your stuff but Man this really worked for me. Been trying to have weight forward but the old swaying habits would occur if I did not really concentrate on just that one thing, then of course everything else stopped flowing. By just doing this my weight is pinned and I can just flow the swing back and then use your other tip of right hand slap over the ball to really hit the ball clean. Man I was even hitting my five iron off the deck with a lovely high fade. Thanks for the tip mate, awesome!!

    Been using this on the course now for 12 months & have seen a big improvement, shot 8 under my handicap of 16 yesterday off the yellow tees when I combined it with the Eureka swing. Brilliant set up for the majority of golfers. I see lots of amateurs swaying too far behind the ball and can't return in time leading to a very inconsistent strike. I also try something similar whereby I pull my RIGHT foot back slightly at address and in the backswing feel my heel in right foot (for right handed golfers) going down into the ground and my right hip deep backwards👍

  • @marcmanion4264
    @marcmanion4264 4 роки тому +2

    So, we are addressing the ball with the optimal position/flex of our right side at the top of the swing and then firing1 The flex helps hip rotation, the L or Lead knee is the trigger and boom? And to help stay over the ball we look back at a dimple ... instead of an imaginary piece of grass under the ball?

    Only part i can see that concerns me is your stance isnt alligned to the target your left foot further back, means your feet alignment is aiming way left. Then to adopt this change, the how far back decision on my left foot placement becomes critical to achieving a straight to the target ball flight. Ok you have solved the perfect strike component but maybe added another by, just how far open does my stance have to be. I'm definitely going to try it. Crisp clean contact who doesn't want that.
