great video on switching out the side view motors to determine if it was faulty. I have a 2011 Panamera and driver’s side mirror stop folding in, does not respond at all. I believe it’s the motor, what do you think ??? thanks!
That's possible. I don't know how hard it is to remove the folding motor, but if it's easy, you could try swapping motors left to right to see if that fixes it.

Hello now that I swapped them my left selector miror makes the right miror move lthe left and the right also 😂 but the right selector only moves the right one has any one had this befor ? Any solutions ? I tried swapping the motor back and still does it 🤦♂️

Hi mine rubs on the mirror holder when I select reverse, what can you suggest it moves so motor is fine but catches the mirror holder at the bottom

Hello. Mine just do the motor noise left and right. NO up and down. And is. No moving in any direction. Do you think is the motor as well ?
I would swap motors from one side to another and see if that fixes the problem. If yes, then it's the motor. Good luck!

In your instrument cluster, go to Main Menu>Settings>Comfort>Mirror and make sure Synch is turned off.
