    This video is so helpful. I am new to braiding which is funny after 4 girls that were not into it, my son is. I have done box braids and moving into cornrows. I like the way you apply the product with your comb and placing the comb right there in his hair is genius. Where do you use the Shine and Jam vs the Edge control though.? And does the mousse just at more frizz control?

    • @Styled.bymommy
      @Styled.bymommy  3 роки тому +2

      I apply the shine and jam on the parts and I apply the edge control on the hair prior to braiding. The mousse at the end is to tame frizz and add shine.

    Maybe I'm just picky and also because I have a daughter with hair that texture less combing through and more hands.fir me a comb is simply a parting tool.it pullsths hair out more than anything.if the part is straight no need to comb through especially with a small toothcomb that pulls the hair

      In some cases it could cause damage, but his hair is detangled and I am only using the comb for the purpose of parting and smoothing the product through the hair. If you notice on the comb you see a very small amount of hair at the end of the video.
