Yes. I considered getting those but now am looking at other mowing alternatives. Possibly a zero turn. Thanks for watching and commenting. Much appreciated
@@mercurymangarage6186That’s the route I did. 24’ 760r 60 with tweels. Probably close to twice as fast mowing my yard. The load and go do make that 60 D an absolute dream to work on. I’m keeping my deck for certain mows 😂
It is very nice. The drive over feature is a game changer. Keep checking the adds. Some guys are selling theirs because they switched to zero turns. Thanks for watching and commenting. Much appreciated.
I use the same method for sharpening and I got a Oregon Blade Balancer. I noticed that your deck has the Mulch Kit, when I got my tractor they gave me the original blades and being a novice, I did not pay attention and they are actually a little longer and ran into issues with the blade hitting the mulch kit in one spot. I think the original High Lift blades are 20" not 19" which is the length of the Mulching blades. I like your setup for lifting the deck, I use a Deck Dolly as my space is limited for storage, but your way is betting for a quick sharpening. I could never get any documentation on the Torque for the blade bolts, I have seen 50 and 90 foot pounds, I set mine to 75. What model DEWALT is that and what Torque are you setting them to? I need that Hammer/Drill/Driver. I need to throw out the High Lift Blades or give them away, 😀
I should get a balancer too. I didn’t even realize I had the mulch kit. I’ll check that a little closer. Thanks for letting me know. The forks work great for lifting the deck. My dewalt is a 20v impact. About 75 for torque. Thanks for watching and subscribing. Much appreciated.
Been using a angle grinder for 45 years. Always worked great for me. Love your videos.
Yup me too. Appreciate the kind words. Thanks for watching and commenting.
You need the load and go put on the drive over part of the deck. it's a must have for working on the deck safely I love mine.

@@MJF40 Sounds like a nice setup. I would keep my mower deck as well.
Just bought my 2025R a few months ago and already wishing I had bundled the 60D deck into the purchase. Such a nice setup with the drive over.

Is that a 65 Comet Cyclone in the garage?
Yes it is. Good eye.

I use a dedicated mower blade grinder from Oregon.
The method you used doesn’t allow for balancing the blade
I should look into something like that. Balance is important. Thanks for watching and commenting. Much appreciated.
