@@deepa9906 wow! Nice to see this! You’re right, if you eat outside food lesser you’ll end up saving a lot of money and your body will also thank you for it 🤗
I need not to stop buying these things because I never brought at first place .. wise enough already I guess... But still felt great knowing others also think that way..
1. NailPolish and Nail Polish remover 2. Shampoo and conditioner 3. Uncomfortable footware 4. Fancy jewellery 5. White sugar 6. Watches 7. Wax and waxing strips 8. Clothes are one size small 9. Q tips 10. Body creams
Once your spiritual journey starts.. you dont really crave for the non essential or luxury.. you realize your needs which makes you happier than before
Same here... Its been 3years. And i suggested everyone around me to do the switch. Not only its super convenient, but no foul smell, no blood stains, you just forget about ur periods. Highly recommended.
Out of the 10 things listed by you, the only thing I still use is Shampoo & Conditioners, all the other things I too have stopped using since long barring sugar which I stopped using from this month. Your first video which I saw was on 108 Surya Namaskars and I must say that I am hooked on to your videos now.
Barring shampoo, cream, sugar and block heels I have never bought anything else. And yes I wear very loose clothes for comfort though people say I'm wearing tents but I'm ok with that as I'm cool and comfortable. Also I've started doing 100 Surya namaskar twice a week, inspired by u
Last watch i bought was almost a decade ago and have received 3 in gift so far :) But I do wear my watches. No nail polish for more than 2 years now. No waxing strips for me..go to parlour, contemplating laser may be sometime in future. Restricted use of white sugar just twice a week for my husband. Never uncomfortable shoes for me..never. I repurpose and re use all my clothes, Don't mind repeating (Don't care aunty kya kahengi) 😆 Coconut oil is my go to moisturizer. I am not a minimalist but yeah I am not an impulsive buyer and think that if i really NEED it before buying. 'HIGH-FIVE' 😀
1. Nail police and remover 2.white sugar 3.shampoo and conditioner 4.fancy wear 5.watches 6.wax strips 7.ear buds tulips 8. One inch small dress 9. Tight Sandals with heals 10.body cream
Heels are the most useless devices actually. It restricts your movement, slows you down and affects your back over a period of time. Here in India we have really pretty looking flats and mojdis that are much better to wear.
not just me, even in home they stopped using 1. normal salt and rock salt instead. 2. similarly no sugar, but jaggery and jaggery powder. 3. No more using non stick tawas, oven etc. 4. country chicken and county eggs instead of broiler chickens/brown eggs/white eggs. (Country eggs will be brown in colour and small in size, don't get fooled with brown eggs mentioned as country eggs)
I’m so glad I’m not the only one that feels inhibited by uncomfortable clothes and shoes. I absolutely refuse. Folks Can say what they want about my Crocs and lava lavas
Would like to know what you do for hair care. I mean what you use in place of shampoo and conditioner. You hair looks amazing and healthy. Please do share. Thanks
Don't have to be sorry for the sun in your face, great tips, good learnings,I too do all the above things listed by you except for creams though I loving using oils and still use shampoo and conditioner, going to work on that👍🙏💞,
Please use indian rupee symbol in your thumbnail. While targetting indian crowd, let them be aware of it and not attract them by the dollar sign. It's your responsibility too to make it visual.
Thank u....and i think i don't generally buy these things like shampoos, nail polish, watches, grand clothes, skin creams, wax, heels...u made me feel so happy that i am living happy with the things i have....❣️❣️
I actually connect on the jewellery thing... I also can't wear jewellery on daily bases.. so now I have started investing in jewellery.. and no... Gold jewellery is not a huge investment because if you liquidate it you don't get what you invested.. so silver is my way to go... And invest in gold bonds. I never liked watches and Phone does the job.. but did invest in a smart watch and find it a better investment.
watching your videos I have learned so many ways of living a minimalistic life and being happy with it. I remember my mom recommending your channel to me (she's Poonam aunty's friend) and it has helped me gain a new perspective about life. Thanks
Awww 🤗 let me tell you the best way to not have white sugar - get rid of all white sugar from your home and buy brown sugar and gud waala shakkar and use them happily ❤️
Hey it’s an awesome video....I’ve also stopped buying these things except heals (comfortable) which I buy rarely, and white sugar I’ve definitely reduced the usage but here and there I do use it. Trying to give it up 🤞
Can u plz do a video on the things which u use for skin/body/hair including minimal home made products which you prepare?? Badly need inputs from a person like u as we can't follow all the other influencers blindly..
Actually ye sab humne apni life schedule n fashion category mei rakha hi nahi bcs covid time hi nahi just sharing only ki packing food n sweets sugar wgaray hum ghar mei rakhte hi nahi last to last 4 to 5 yrs bahut precautions rakhti hu mei bhi apne baccho ke liye 👍👍
ive never bought heels, ive started using shampoo only after i got married when i was 28. I used to use shikakai and arapu, never used nail poilish. I am 57 and the only watch I own is a gift and i only wear a tracker
At least you wore your too tight new clothes! Mine sat in a wardrobe, sometimes for a few years until finally being donated. Strange habits we humans have 🌞
One gram gold jewellery… I seriously think little bit of gold jewellery is better than all the shiny things of one gram gold and … m not buying that any more … the shampoo part I will put a thought to it …
Hi, 1st time I am watching your videos 📹...its very useful and very helpful. Your way of talking 👄is very beautiful. Would you give me some tips for ( how to improve the English knowledge)...Thank you
Actually these are good habits and good things ..why people are required to tell this? That we must be simple nd no chemical or reduce use of chemicals ☺️
hahaha... one size small clothes in sale, I used to buy with the same thinking as you, the funny one. I have stopped buying many things to keep my mind clutter free.
Wish you had included pictures on the side of you in the days you used to were jewellery, wore tight clothes, ect. It would have made the video more interesting.

I quit a lot of things mentioned in this video. But buying a watch was beneficial for me. It helped to stop checking my phone every now and then 😀

I stopped buying sanitary pads and switched to mentrual cup..where I saved money and also don't have regrets on spoiling environment..

I brought mentrual cup but it still leaked, i had to sanitary pad even after wearing menstrual cup. Any suggestion
Quitting excess salt is also a good thing we must start

I also wear comfortable loose kurtis , tshirts and my sister and mom calls me that I'm wearing a tent.😂

I have completely stopped using the ordinary salt and start using rock salt instead
I’m doing a mixture of both 😃
not just me, even in home they stopped using
1. normal salt and rock salt instead. 2. similarly no sugar, but jaggery and jaggery powder.
3. No more using non stick tawas, oven etc.

It's been two years that I stopped buying sugar for home. Using only organic Jaggery powder.
Dear.. most brown sugar.. is just regular sugar with molasses added.
Yes, very true organic jaggery and dates are the best replacement
I can relate with you... I also buy things and then keep them in closet... And then waiting for the right day to wear which never comes 😂

Where is the case for the jewelry from?
Use shampoos and conditioner if ur hair really needs it..eg for people with heavy dandruff or eczema or lice..its useful and needed..
