This man is a Fitness Messiah. Right before I found him I had an epiphany on basically everything hes saying. I studied a bit in Kinesiology & Health to be an Athletic Trainer but as I am one to challenge traditional thought and dealing with my own aches and pains I’ve found training the way Lee describes to be best in unlocking my strength, flexibility etc. I’ve literally set out to learn breakdancing not for the dancing but the strength, flexibility and mobility. We’ve been duped by world leaders into destroying ourselves at every angle. We must think outside the box and very unorthodox, as everything we’ve been taught is a corruption or perversion of the truth. I don’t think its a coincidence finding this guys channel when i did. Will definitely be purchasing the program
Having once been a conventional private trainer for 5 years, and having a so-called "Masters Degree" in human nutrition, yet having so many deficits in my athleticism, it is obvious that Lee Weiland is the #1 spokesperson and advocate for health and athleticism today. A true philosopher whose ideas have direct practical application.
Your knowledge is very motivating. Im 66 years "young" and wish i could join your classes in person. But im living in Thailand. Im training in a way you all the time explain. I feel my body is stronger, more flexible and more in balance. Thanks for all your video's. It's much appreciated.
47 and in the best shape of my life, using some of your moves, shown to us in previous coaching, in my training. Added a home built quasi-gymnasts hand stand for my home training area. Keeping it fun as always 🙏, never the same play/training session 😊. Have kept my diet simple; low meat, high veggie/fruit intake, simple grains, oats and nuts. Lots of hanging from my home monkey bars 😊😊, in all kinds of positions. I spend alot of stamina conditioning on my heavy bags, taught myself muay tai basics, love it!! Still working on full handstand without wall support. Been taking it all at my own pace, moderate to heavy😅. No injuries, no pulled muscles in 2 years of fun play/training ❤. Cant stress using powerbatics in faily life, enough 🙏🙏🙏🙏 thank you!!
Just tried to do a bridge for the first time in over 30yrs…OMG I’ve lost so much flexibility without even noticing. Time to re-evaluate my idea of fitness. Thanks Lee 👍
True I have been doing martial arts and body weight training since I was a kid. I can totally relate to this. The mainstream fitness is just trying to convence people that if you want to get fit then you need the gym membership and fancy equipments but in reality you can only do certain way of training in the gym but with the body weight training you can do so many different movements which not only help you to be in the best shape of your life but these movements are also great for the health and longevity.
You're right but for a regular person to do this on their own would take so much time, its just easier to go to the gym and build a good physique. You're right i wish i could train like this and have a perfect healthy flexible body but its just not possible without extreme coaching every single day. Training like this can be so overwhelming and almost impossible to choose what to do after working for 8 hour days... I really wish i had the time in my life to dedicate to full healthy holistic bodyweight mastery but its just unrealistic for regular folk imo... But i agree with everything you said
I agree it’s very easy to say to this from his perspective because he’s a coach and trainer it’s his job to train people But I also think you can do this type of holistic training with very specialized routines but you just gotta be smart with it and choose some of the best bang for your buck moves
I did it, it started with a home built pull up bar. I use my walls for the handstands. Handstands alone can get started and goi a long ways, they have helped me alot😅. No excuse s to not start 😅🙏, my friend.
@@bradlwykfulbright I do all of these as well as lifting weights at the gym my friend, doing handstand on a wall and pullups is 1% of total body mastery
I’m a 67 year old long distance backpacker who works out daily for hiking the trails. I’ve been watching these well done and developed exercises for a few weeks with the goal of adapting them to my needs and skills for what I do most, hiking long distance.
It’s about consistency and weaving it into your daily life. For example, you work a lot, I do as well, but I still hang from a bar everyday, 5 or 6 sets spread throughout the day. I still sit in the squat everyday 10-30min, I still do lying spinal twists everyday. It’s about starting small with regenerative movements and building momentum. Your excuses only hurt yourself my friend, so I hope you find the courage to step out of the old program and embrace something new 🙏🏼❤️
I LOVE your overall approach. I have subscribed and watched several of your videos now. At age 40 and stuck at a desk job, I deeply realize the need to remain mobile and master my body weight! (and I've been a pro-level athlete my whole life) I now incorporate your basic movements at home and on work breaks. May I offer a suggestion: I often watch your videos at 2x speed in order to get through what I call "fluff." Prune the tree just a little bit. Consider any extra information that might be trimmed and cut to the chase. Focus on the main points. Otherwise, very good!!!
Hi Lee, why dont you stop holding back and tell us what you really think 😂. Love your work brother and thanks for sharing all your wisdom and experience.
you say training wholistically, should I train my weak links only together, or all aspects of fitness and physical health together? do I dedicate separate days for them? what do the rest periods look like if we don't train with sets or reps provided that we feel somewhat fatigued how long do you rest for?

Thank you , merci beaucoup Lee Weiland ! at least one human got his head on their shoulder ! keep us clever inform thank you
What about Bruce Lee didn't he do both weight training and body weight exercises if I am not mistaken.
And yes bodyweight should be masters but external weights should also be used. It's ridiculous to do one or the other when you need both.
Thanks

Should put timeline on videos
Yes

do I dedicate separate days for them?
what do the rest periods look like if we don't train with sets or reps provided that we feel somewhat fatigued how long do you rest for?
What if I wanted to relocate to Alaska to participate in your training, how many months would I need to become intermediate level?
Tell me please how to fix flat feet
