- I’m back with another piece from the season 5 finale, this is the piece that plays towards the end of the episode when Coulson and the team are gathering for a “memorial / party”. Jemma begins to talk about how she is going to find Fitz out there, and save him from his non ending slumber. This piece was pretty easy to edit, I just had to remove the dialogue and make sure that the audio level was good. Although now that I think of it, I did have to remove the SFX of the Zephyr bay door opening. I also added a small snipped at the end from the previous episode, the piano bit that plays when Coulson is dying on the medical bed. Now I’ve got one last piece that I am working on from the finale, and it’s the music that plays after Fitz passes away, which I will be uploading soon. So stay tuned for that, and as always I hope that you enjoy this piece and tell me what you think of it.

It is a sad thought that Fitz couldn't give a proper goodbye to Coulson.

God damn I miss this show and these characters. Glad the show got to have such an amazing 7 year run. Sad we probably won't see these characters again.

This part makes me cry so hard.
This show will continue to make my emotions do flip flops. It makes me laugh so hard in one moment, then bawl in the next. It makes me angry because the writers make you get so attached to these characters then they are gone. The music, too! My heavens! The music! Thank you so much for doing all of these videos. It amazes me how awesome they sound!

me neither and i didn't still cry at this but it was very very very close. That's why this is the greatest show ever made, atleast for me.
Same here. I miss Coulson and he really had a great journey in the MCU from Iron Man 1 to Agents of Shield Season 5.

I haven't watched a lot of TV Series, but so far, Agents Of Shield made me tear up 4 times. This show is powerful.

I still miss Coulson, It's sad that Nick Fury and Maria Hill doesn't know he died again since they got snapped around this time.

This one of the most powerful scenes I’ve ever seen like the series started with coulson believing he was in tahiti in vacation and kept repeating that « its a magical place » and when he knew he would die soon and don’t have enough time he spent it in tahiti. I really loved this parallel like it started and ended with coulson and tahiti just like the mcu started and ended with iron man and also that’s why i think s6 wasn’t necessary
Season 6 is an ending for the other characters. At least that's the way I look at it.

I would say s6 was necessary to show what happened to fitz and I feel like the season should've focused more on that than like Izel for example. Maybe have them(the space shield team) meet sarge's squad in space. The story felt just okay, but could've been written better, that being said because season 7 right now is really good(and sad) and not as tangential as s6

other than the season 7 finale, season 5 finale was the best one.
they could've ended the show in season 5, the finale was so perfect. Still, i'm glad that we got 2 more seasons of the greatest series ever made.

Something was lost in the last two season. Budget of course but not only. They were still great but something was missing … Writing wasn’t as good … And the chemistry between the cast was not the same.
S5 was the best ending for Coulson but S7 was the best ending for the show IMO. I liked that there was 2 more seasons after 5 cus most of the characters were at their worst in S5 and I wouldn’t have liked to have left it off thinking of them at their worst.
The background is a perfect image to show the transition from Coulson to SHIELD next generation (with "present Fitz" missing). I think May will retire by S6 or S7 Finale, I really hope she is not killed off (knowing Marvel, every character can be killed so I'm holding my breath)

Listening to this right after listening to the Final Fight score from Buffy series finale episode Chosen, there’s so many similar parts. Both have a sense of a long hard fought battle that sadly not many will ever know about in the world....I guess Coulsons words in this episode could resonate with the Scoobies on Buffy: who’s like us.....damn few.
