I have improved my hair by following all these things: Having more and more vitaminC from orange, lemon, and kiwi fruit, 8 hours of enough sleep everyday, have nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts in limited, you can also eat fishes like salmon. Exercise at least 20 - 30 mins daily. Using mild, pure oil, neem wooden comb, scalp massager by Littleextra Cooconion two times a week. All this is good for hair fall control.

Woah that was a cool timelapse and so smooth and consistent. I did one of my yeard but it's hard to actually keep the shots so consistent and not have it just look like a bunch of pictures going really fast. The long hair suits you!

And if you ever want to do a timelapse of your beard growth again, them I recement you to set up a tripod and stand behind a white wall oder something like that just make sure that every photo is taken by the same spot. That's acctualy how I made it. Hope I could help you out for your next beard growth!

I wish I had kept going with my hair though I just never bothered after. I'm shoulder length now.
We have very similar hair and beard genetics. About to hit 2 months of growth from bald. Looks to be the worst of the awkward stages. Great Timelapse man
