Arg! Green tape. Abandon it for the yellow frog tape. Damp rag a well burnished edge and you won’t have the leaks under. What a cool looking cart. Inspiring. Nice job.
Cool... I'm refurbing a similar cart that has three existing wheels in tact and had one major crack in the 4th leg. The wheel did not stay in the original hole. So I used a wood putty that sets super hard, and used it to repair the leg, it came out well, but now I have to install the wheel... And it's not separated into two pieces so I'm not sure how I'll get this wheel to stay in place. Wish me luck. Great finish on your item... Given me some inspiration. Thx.
Thanks for the tip on spraying lacquer before wax ,I just waxed my piece and paint came off im like whaaattt just happened, sooo annoying. I like your style and your videos
When I first waxed I was basically wiping off so much paint, super annoying since now there is a layer of wax that needs to be removed before you can paint again. Weird concept hey? haha but I thought this was a good little hack that only takes 30 mins of dry time, then you don't have to worry about it wiping off! But thank you so much!!
Very talented and a fellow Canadian! Big up ! My apologies if you mentioned it in the video, but what was this made of? Is it real wood? I want to paint an old laminate dresser but since it isnt wood, not sure how to go about it. Can you suggest the right paint or perhaps process for me to achieve this?
Hey again John. Didn't appreciate your rude comment on my other video lol But I currently still have it because I don't want to sell it. If I do list it I will price it at $150.
Loved this! I’m about to shoot a video of a bar cart restoration. Thanks for the inspiration 🙏🏻
You've given me ideas for my no longer needed baby change table. I like the two tone finish. Thanks for sharing.
no prob, thank you!

Why yellow over green?

Very, very helpful. What material did you use to add "grip" for the wine bottles?
They are drawer liners, these were called grip liner or something similar.

Good job. Why would u install the new wheel inserts before paint?
I knew I wouldn't get paint on them and wanted to make sure it was going to work haha they were different sizes.
I think that wood wine rack would have looked good.. But overall you did a fantastic job!
