レシピ通りに作り、たった今夕食を終えました。ソフリットとマデイラ酒のなんとも言えない甘味と深いコクが最高でした♪また作って！とリピオーダーが入りました。ソースは約1000gの出来上がり量で、500gのタリアテッレにソース750g使いました。このレシピで10人分くらいになる思います。
人参の薄切りが苦手なんですが、包丁をやや内側に向けているようですね。
いつも楽しく拝見して、参考にさせていただいております。
今回のも早速試してみたいのですが、しがない雇われ人なので、チャレンジは週末です。
