He's not playing the game right..this game isn't hard. He just hasn't upgraded his armor because he missed the Dragon in the New World and didn't open up the secret vendor area

He'll give you a map to a secret hideout where you could upgrade your armor etc. spar & win the match with yin tiger, over there, so you could equip more gear as well... Yellow loong was really pissing me off when I fought him
If you do the secret quest boss before fighting the final chapter boss, you can make that fight much more manageable
use Wind Tamer ... Yellow Loong cannot fly.
