While yes, it was a bad pack, none of that is really called for. I find it best to be civil with others, even if you do feel that they may have taken advantage of you. There are better ways to handle disputes than hateful comments and messages. Anyway... because I wasn't SUPER clear in the video, I wanted to clarify it here. The copper value of pre 82 pennies is 3 cents right now. And wheats are slightly cooler so I value wheats in the 30's, 40's and 50's at 4 cents unless the condition is very poor. But hey that's just what I would buy them at.

Watching these and being curious and the challenge you did with the other 3 UA-camrs I bought a mystery pack. I'll see if anything good comes in. It took 8 days for them to ship it because "they were sick" so we'll see if I get a juiced pack to make up for the delay.
I've gotten one where 50+ coins and silver were garunteed, I got a roll of wheat cents a few cleaned silver quarters and such. The roll of pennies just made me laugh, I expected it to happen and I was a bit disappointed with the overall lot
I understand not showing a shipping label with personal information but if you put a product on the open marketplace you open yourself up to scrutiny. If they are getting EBay hate mail maybe they should put out a better product. Expose the scammers.
That’s about what I would expect from the average eBay grab bag. I have to admit though, I was surprised to see that last silver proof set. Well... half a proof set. It is still fun to watch these videos, I appreciate you doing them.

Call it what you will, but I like to know exactly what to I am getting and exactly what I am paying for. That being said, there is one seller out there that I know for a fact gives you more than fair value for what you pay for. Furthermore, she can customize the bag to your specifications if you wish. $7.60 to USPS + 10% to Ebay + 2.90% + .30 to Paypal = $51.33 in cost to the seller. Seller cost $40 so maybe the seller made $10. Kind of a waste of time for the seller unless he has extra stuff to get rid of like broken sets. I think you got a fair amount of coins for $68. Would be better off going to a LCS.
Shop likely made closer to $20 here they don't pay those number those are retail. If bought across counter likely paid melt or close to it. Still yes shops need to make a profit but there are better mystery packs out there for sure.
I would go 50 cents on a dirty old wheat penny. 1918 dirty old penny I'd go 95 cents Copper Round straight from Golden State Mint is $2.70 I just purchased some. I'll buy all the copper rounds you got at $1.50 each and give you 50 cents for a capsule to put them in. 1936 S 95 cents plus 50 cents for the capsule 1/10th Silver Round 6 bucks That last set is plated, worthless LOL That's a bunch of Junk.
You can buy copper rounds for 1.50 all day at coin shows so that's where the value came from. The last set wasn't plated tho it was 90% (the half and dime).

I only have the Copper Rounds I like and when I see them on Ebay they sure wanting more than I payed.
I thought the whole point of this is to show which listings are worth it on eBay and which ones are not? Do you now refusing to show the listing makes it seem questionable. You could easily post it in a link in the comment section. I don't pay for patreon unless I'm actually getting something physical tangible back. I've said before every level should come with like a cheap coin and then the higher levels could come with slightly better coins

@@SilverSeeker as far as your member tears go what I'm saying is I ran into a UA-camr on patreon called jabs family. They are a baseball card UA-cam channel. Now bear in mind I don't like baseball but I think their patreon is cool as heck. Almost every tear they at least give you one baseball card. Some tears they give you whole packs. I couldn't see why for almost every tear you could just throw a coin? Not all coins are valuable. Heck give me a crappy one but at least give me something physical and tangible. I really like your channel but I'm saying if you're going to ask for money for something that should be free meaning UA-cam then you should give something physical and tangible. I mean technically I already pay UA-cam money to be ad-free lol.

If you want to support the channel directly channel memberships are fantastic for that but if you don't they are not required to watch. Also you paying for Premium doesn't benefit me so not sure how thats relevant to the conversation lol. If you want something tangible each month you can always get a stacker box on my website though but if you want to support the content that I literally put hundreds of hours of my time into monthly then memberships are awesome for that.
I appreciate you sharing the eBay grab bags with us, but you're getting ripped off. The only dealer I'd trust to get a fair grab bag from is Daniel with Portsmouth Coin and Currency. He has an actual brick and mortar store, as well as his own website, and UA-cam presence. He's a true numismatist who wants to educate and grow the coin collecting community, and do it honestly.
You did nothing wrong....they don’t want bad press, they need to asses the product they sold and not put it on your great channel educating the public... it makes me MAD you got flack.....

It also helps those that aren't fully aware of prices for coins so when they go out on their own shopping they have a little bit more knowledge

Would not be happy with that. Some modern mint sets, a few nearly worthless pieces of tiny silver, a copper round and common wheat cents.
