If you have the money and if you are truly stressed by any disfigurement you feel you have, then yes I am all for facial surgery’s, however, if it is to defy age then prepare for what you get. To many of these surgeries eventually create areas especially around the mouth to collapse causing you to look way worse than before and self consciousness. Be happy to still be alive, looks are only skin deep and do not define who you are.

Isn’t in India second language is English? I know that only rich families, in any country, can afford surgeries like that and they for sure spice English .
Almost all Indians speak English without being fluent in English you can't pass 10th grade here in India. And education is compulsory and if you are not going to school they will send you by force
