You lifting that trophy made me believe that although I didn't have a career as a player I can stil chase my next dream which was to be a coach, we don't have many of us in the professional ranks but we've never had a black captain lift the World Cup trophy until you, it's super historic
Well done Siya and the boys. You made us proud. It’s like a snowball. You guys now need to keep on going. Don’t stop. Things can only get bigger. Lions tour up next.

I have family like Siya's dad. It's no big deal that his dad has never left South Africa. I suspect lots of America and Australia is like that. Large countries with areas that can be remote. These are the sort of places where you live in your own world. P.E is so far south of the continent in that going to Johannesburg is like leaving the country it's a 20 hour drive.
EVERY country has people who've never been outside of their country Not everyone has money to spend on flights and holidays I would've thought this was obvious
British people are such an incredible sport. You beat them in the Rugby final but they invite you to their country and interview you on TV and treat you like a hero. I love the English attitude, and I am black South African, by the way.

I would still scream as loud as I did in the previous 2 World Cups even if all players were black. Something the EFF don’t understand. BUT let’s not bring politics into this. Well done boytjie. You are a true spirit and inspiration to so many. Be proud.
What a legend. champ and inspiring person. The new South Africa has opened up new avenues and opportunities for all citizens to experience and be part of it's change. Go Siya, Go Springboks.
This sport, this sport community is richer for having a man like Siya Kolisi amongst us. Many say that Rugby is all about the big hits. For me, Rugby is about this: a sportsman who is humble, respectful, joyful, friendly and determined. Siya Kolisi is the representation of all those things.
Credit to whole team especially senior players for working with Siya he could not have done it alone. A lot could have gone wrong.... Imagine if he just wasn't supported by the team. Well done Boks, Rassie and Siya usebenzile nkwenkwe... 💪

MrSecondchancebro Well it had to take one particular Rassie Erasmus to put an end to that. Believe me he received a lot of hate for it from white supremacists, he shut them off by winning and winning till finally the World Cup.
