Some points for those who may be scared off treaded from just this review (nothing against the reviewer, I just think some things could use clarification): 1) NO tire, treaded or not, will give you any kind of traction on wet grass. While treaded tires help some with vehicles in that situation, a board and rider will never weigh enough for the treads to bite into the ground beneath the grass, so attempting to compare grip between treaded and smooth is moot. 2) The treads come into their own (from the perspective of extra grip) when you get on a trail and have to deal with rocks and roots, etc. The treads give the tire nooks and crannies to provide purchase on obstacles a smooth tire would just slide against. The benefit will be most noticed with a lower air pressure where the tire can flex around the obstacle. 3) The tread is absolutely not what is making the tire squirrely at higher speeds, it's the curved profile. It looks like you're running a 5.5 tire, which is why there's so much gap. A 5.5" contact pad that is also rounded is meant for very carvy ride at slower speeds, at the cost of higher speed straight line stability. Burris makes a 6 inch treaded tire with a much less rounded profile and it rides much smoother at higher speeds while still allowing more carviness than the stock vega. 4) The part where you said you didn't feel like learning to ride again was also key (once again nothing against you if you want to stay in your comfort zone). People should remember how long it took to develop the muscle memory and understand that any new tire profile will result in some re-learning, but they will eventually be just as comfortable on the new tire as they were on the stock. The stock tire is also so easy to ride that it holds people back. They get so used to riding the wide platform and when they are exposed to a tire that can actually turn their muscles freak out. This may actually be the reason for your premature fatigue (suddenly you're having to actually balance on pavement). I am absolutely not rebutting your review... I just think that people should be aware that different sizes and profiles are what change ride quality, not tread pattern or lack thereof. It's a matter of using the right tool for the right job. I have ridden 4 tires and will comment below on how I felt each one could be used best: *Stock Vega: Tough, wide, slick. Super wide and flat profile, making it easier for beginners and much harder to corner at slow speeds. The flat profile also tends to allow bumps and rocks on the trails to push up the side of the board, making it unstable offroad unless greatly deflated. Best for newbies or commuters who prefer higher speed straight lines and only occasionally trail ride. * Whisper: Slick and very quiet. Rounder than the stock but very delicate. Still stable at high speeds but less effort in turns. Stickers will puncture so slime is heavily recommended. Best for street-only riders who want super quiet rides that make them feel like they are gliding along on Marty McFly's little pink hoverboard. * 6" treaded: Tough, medium wide, stable and carvy. Best of both worlds, IMO. The profile is more rounded than the Vega but way less than the Hoosier. This offers stability at higher speeds but you can switch to super carvy low speed turns in the blink of an eye. Plenty of grip on and off pavement, especially if you air it down (15 on road, 7-10 off). This tire is more stable offroad because things don't push up the side of the board as much. Best for someone who just wants a tire that works for all occasions and dislikes the flatness of the Vega making every slow corner a "toe it up on an edge and tightrope it" affair. * 5.5 treaded: Narrower contact patch and a much more rounded profile. This tire takes a lot of effort to balance on at a stop. Can get unstable at high speeds and has a tendency to "catch" at higher speed turns and throw the board towards the center of the turn radius. Will almost always fatigue sooner because the "sweet spot" where you can just stand without using calf and shin muscles is so much narrower. The easiest board to spin around a manhole cover until you get dizzy. Best for people who really like carving back and forth at slow speeds and believe that the OW was never intended to be a high speed straight line commuter.
thanks for the comment. this was my first time switching out my tire about 2 years ago and started a journey of me trying 16 or more tires. I have learned a ton from all of them. I love how you broke down all the different tires in the comment. Thanks for doing that. This tire was just like you wrote on the last part of your comment. Thanks for watching and commenting really.
Hats off to you for standing up for your opinion even tho its an unpopular one in OW community... I also have tried all sorts of tires on my XR and I can safely say now I LOVE VEGA. 🤙
@@ScotMendenhall, yea, but there are sooooooo many people making it sound like the day you get the XR you need to swap the tire or you won't enjoy the ride... Especially if you like the Pint feel. I was happy to hear you say you ride and like the Pint but the Hoosier felt more unstable... That really hit me. Thanks for the honest review. You've got yourself a new subscriber. 😎🤙
jehoffman4 There’s good reason for people saying that. The Hoosier and Burris treaded 6” tires have zero wobble. Makes for a much safer ride, and more grip off-road. I wouldn’t want the 5.5” Hoosier tho.
The 5.5 is the wrong tire. This is not the treaded tire most people are raving about. It’s too squirly. I’m guessing you also have the harder D30 compound? Your feet are probably sore from being tense trying to control that thing.
I appreciate the candid review. I’ve seen so many people recommend switching out the Vega asap, but it’s nice to hear from someone who put in the miles and has experience on different terrains. And like you said, it’s about the type of ride you’re looking for. Not everyone might be looking for the ride that the treaded gives.
Tire pressure is the biggest factor in any tire for offroad grip. I carry a mini compressor and go down to 16psi for singletrack/sand/grass and 25 psi on pavement. She climbs anything with a head start
@@ScotMendenhall the Burris gives a flat spot in the middle and then the right amount of carvabilty between the middle to the edge and almost like it locks in on carve, where the Hoosier is more rollie pollie from edge to edge, if you want more carve but still fairly stable go Burris if you want to be able to carve edge to edge and you got some good muscles in them legs the hoosier would be for you! It all comes down to ridder preference one tire does not fit all, that is why this dude in the video has decided he prefers the Vega and his opinion does not match mine I'm all about the Burris and if that wasn't an option i sure wouldn't go back to the Vaga I would go with the hoosier. My experience of first ridding on the Hoosier was on a dry golf coarse on grass hills and it murdered those hills over the stock Vega! I actually really dig the tire, but then i tried a friends Burris and it just made since to me on the road and hills etc more than the others.
Totally had this same experience. I did 500 miles on the Vega and always had a great time. My wife got me this 5.5 Hoosier treaded and I was so stoked. I did 50 miles with it and the ride wasn’t as fun. The biggest issue I’d find was sluggishness and just feeling underpowered for the hills in my area that the Vega always did great on. I put the Vega back on today and couldn’t be happier 🙌🏼💪🏽
I appreciate your video. I have an XR with vega tire and with a over 1000 miles and three small leaks. Obviously time for a tire change. I am a 58 year old surfer from Hawaii and saw the kids in CA on the XR. I had to have one and am very glad I got one. Just awesome. I did not get paid to say that. I like to carve it up as I ride, always looking for a good feature and I heard that the round tire verses the more stable vega tire is the way to go. I feel like the vega tire tends to want to follow the side to side slope and am hoping that a rounder tire will be more forgiving and be more carve friendly. I did not consider the tread holding the mud, hmmm. I hear you, and I intend to get a slick. I go about 190 lbs and am happy to hear about the GT, can't wait. What I really want to see is a 50 mile per hour One Wheel with foot straps and an airbag suit that auto inflates when I crash. The future is wide open.
@@ScotMendenhall always! Question for you. When looking for a one wheel should I really look for a 4209? I can't seem to find any in my area for a reasonable price? Will I regret getting the 4212 xr?
Thanks for your Input! The Tire is definitely Stiffer because there is more Meat, by way of the Treads, and possibly the Sidewalls are Thicker? If you want to try thinning it Down, I suggest either using a Handheld Belt Sander, or a Disc Grinder with a Disc Sanding Attachment on it, with the Roughest Disc Sanding Pad, or Belt Sanding Belt’s you can find, and use them on the Tire with you Spinning it, either some way by the One Wheel’s Own Power, or by Orienting the Belt Sander or Disc Sander at such an Angle to the Wheel, that you can Rotate the Wheel, at the same Time as you are Sanding the Rubber Down. I suggest using Minimal Presser between the Sanders and the Tire initially, and increasing it, as you go... deciding which is the Best Force to Apply for Material removal, and desirable Finish.
I just got the FF Hoosier and rode it in muddy grass today on my XR. COULD NOT do that with my Vega. I did notice the foot fatigue though will play with PSI as well as wait a few miles to break it in before I have a firm position.
You are saying that the Hoosier tire is bouncier than the Vega, but that just depends on the PSI. Also, you indicate that it slips going up that little hill (3:40 and 4:08) but the tire is not slipping, it just stops turning because it is the OW that is not able to power up the hill. The Hoosier tire will not give you more power, just more grip. I have the FF Hoosier Terrain, and it is way better than the Vega on trails. Noticeably more grip (but not more power).
@@ScotMendenhall I live in Berkeley, CA, and the trails around here are dusty and sandy typically. The Vega did not do well with those trail conditions, but the FF Hoosier handles them very well. I still nosedive at slow speeds when going up a steep trail (why is it always when I'm almost at the top?), but the tire doesn't slip until my back foot comes off the pad. It's just the OW giving up on pushing me up the hill. The Hoosier is also much more maneuverable and responsive on the trails because of the roundness of the cross-section, which makes it a little more agile in general, but I ride delirium all the time and I am used to it. Although it is faster than I usually like to go, I have gone up to 19.3 MPH on this tire with no wobble at all. It may be more bouncy than the Vega, but I am a big guy at 220 lbs and I was running the Vega at 22 PSI, and am running the Hoosier at 22 as well, so they both bounce just about as much. I eventually got used to it, and it doesn't bounce on paved paths. Maybe it doesn't bounce a whole lot for me because of the weight? The Hoosier is more noisy on pavement (or asphalt), especially noticeable on really smooth paths, but it is still a fairly quiet ride. I also seem to get better range with the Hoosier. Smaller contact patch perhaps? And, no mud in the tread. It can collect little rocks though which make an annoying noise and I have to stop and pick them out. And dust all over the OW.
Hi Scot, thanks for the very honest review and opinions on this tire. In the many videos I've seen everyone raves about the Hoosier tire and maybe some Hoosier tires are better than others I don't know. What I do know is, I have 1,300 miles on my stock Vega tire on my XR and I love it. I love the ride, I love the smoothness of it and I have no problem carving because over time I've worn out or should I say worn in that tire where I'm able to aggressively carve with no problem. I think I'm going to replace my Vega with another Vega.
I appreciate opinion, mine is the the total opposite. I had more tire slippage with the Vega slick on wet surfaces. The noise subsided after 10 miles, now I barely hear it.
to be fair, you need two XRs, but that would defeat the purpose of one ... one for a Hoosie Whisper, and one for the Hoosier Treaded. A lot of the hype around OW tires is disconcerting, I agree.... I have a stack of Vegas sitting on my porch.... I enjoyed my rides on the Vega, though I think FM should give people the option which tire to mount at purchase. I like the looks of the Hoosier treaded, and it took me about a 100 miles of riding to break it in... I run mine 30psi
another point worth mentioning... the treaded tire significantly reduces millage per charge - I'd say by half, more so at lower psi. It's not worth it if you just ride it around town. You did the right thing waiting a year before swapping out the tire to protect your warranty. I swapped mine out as soon as it arrived on my door step... I like the Vega too... Its good enough for me too, but its just fun to explore the other options. '
people are saying I am crazy for picking the Vega over this tire but these are the only 2 i have rode. There might be a better tire out there but I haven't rode it yet
I don't have a onewheel yet but I do know a bit about tires and every tire company uses a different rubber Recipe so I would suggest trying the Vega treaded tire before saying you hate treaded tires on a onewheel And you can still hate them and that's perfectly fine i'm just saying every company uses different rubber recipes so you would have to try them all before you can truly say you don't like them
Kept my Vega for 2500 miles until it wore out. Been using the Burris for the past 1000 miles. I enjoyed the Vega but I personally like the feeling of the Burris.
the way i figure is that the treaded wheel might be better on dirt, but on the road and sidewalk its would have less surface area meaning less grip. i have a stock vega and i love it its smooth and grippy and it still works great on dirt
I just upgraded to a Burris Trail Pro, and it's a 1000% better than the Vega in my experience. Better carving and quieter, can burn trails twice as fast. That's my experience. I didn't see you lose bite, the motor wouldn't push you up that hill. A tire can't help that.
I don't think you gave it enough time.. when i changed tires.. it look about 4 days for me to really start to like the tire.. NOT THE TIRE YOU ARE RIDING IN THIS VIDEO.. but the slick whisperer... from Hoosier.. IT FELT GOOD. just a thought.
I gotta ask, is this Hoosier the older 5.5" or the newer 6" treaded tire? The fact that you felt this was more "squirrelly" than a Pint makes me feel like it's the older 5.5". I really love my treaded Hoosier 6" vs the Vega for the better carving with no loss of stability in general pavement and far better grip on loose terrain.
I wish I would have watched this video before changing my Vega out to a Hoosier Treaded. I too deflated the tire some and I'm hoping the ride will get better after break-in.
I 100% agree. I hated the Hoosier treaded and I love the stock Vega. 4K+ miles. One thing I disagree with is that cha gong the tire by hand is “easy” putting a Vega on by hand was not easy for me.
GREAT tire review. The ONLY reason I would consider the treaded tires would be for grip/traction … looks like that was a disappointment. PLUS, it’s WAY too much fun sneaking up on people at 15MPH in “whisper mode” with the stock tire! LOL Also glad to hear that you got 1000 miles out of the stock tire! I’m brand new with 85 miles or so under my belt … Loooong ways to go! Thanks!
there is a new wheel coming out in a couple days..custom Hoosier treaded version but with the whisper compound...looking forward to hearing about this tire..I'm dying to change my tire and I'm leaning towards the Whisper or..??
I know what you’re saying I love the stock tire on both the pint and XR. Going to have to replace my pint which was stolen but the silver lining is it forced me to get an XR sooner and I do t regret that at least. Downtown St. Paul I would recommend not leaving your board in your vehicle.
Thanks for the honest review! I’ve had my 1Wheel since June2019 and have 400 miles. Yep, occasional rider. I don’t know any better as far as tire, but I do like the Vega. I’m like you, just wait until the warranty expires. I was thinking of a treaded, perhaps I’ll go with a Burris 11x6-6. But, probably won’t be until next summer. For now I’ll enjoy my ride with the Vega! Thanks again.
Have your kids been able to ride your xrplus? My 7 yr old tries but it doesn’t always engage and when it does it doesn’t stay. Thinking he’s too light. Maybe the pint has a more sensitive sensor since I see your little guys riding them
@Scot Mendenhall Yo Scot! I'm from MN too. Mankato. Living in San Jose now, so I get to ride all year. I have both the both the XR and the Pint, have a Whisper on both. The Whisper on the Pint is about the most fun you can have. You can carve so hard, it's awesome. It's great on the XR too. It's a soft tire, and is super quiet. You're right, the Vega is very durable and you're gonna get more miles on that tire. I guess my deal was I had the Pint first and could carve so easy on that thing, then getting an XR with the Vega wasn't really even fun for me, but to each their own. I've never tried a treaded tire, so your video was good to watch. Oh yeah, almost forgot the best part, more range! I weigh 175 and am getting about 21 to 22 miles per charge. Take care dude.
In all honesty i prefer a slick burris . I have tried the vega, hoosier treaded, and burris treaded. But the lack of distance i get with treaded is not for me
Think for treaded tire to have benefits you need more speed to notice traction....even at 15mph its still pretty slow fir a tire......a different compound would be more beneficial than treads.....or maybe a studded tire fir you guys in woods or snow
When should you normally change your tire? And about how many miles do you get per tire say the Vega that comes with it because I've written mine about 1300 miles in the past 90 days and I was thinking about getting a new tire because this one is starting to look a little worn out it's not leaking thankfully but it definitely is looking a little worn out and I think it feels a little more rough to ride than what it originally did plus I bought it not the tire but the whole entire one will itself the guy let it sit up for 3 years in his garage so it could also be dry rotted for all I know
Are you sure it's wheel slip stopping you up hills? Seems like the motor just doesn't have the power. The wheel didn't slip, the wheel just slowed to a halt.
Have you tried the whisper? I would love to hear your thoughts on that. I really enjoyed it for city riding, and, while it felt a little bit more nervous initially under my feet, I felt far more surf like once I got the board settings right. Off road it is a little less forgiving but also very much more controllable. I've found the Vega has a tendency to go on a direction it feels, based on the environment, where as I felt the rounder shape of the whisper made it a little more responsive. It's not better than the Vega, but a different experience.
Nice video! Keep em coming...I too still ride the Vega (since January 1, 2019) and was thinking about purchasing a backup tire. I was considering the Burris or Hoosier slicks. I've had a chance to ride a hoosier treaded, hoosier slick, and Vega. I was most comfortable on the Vega because it's my own, the treaded was my least favorite, and the slick felt pretty good and I think I could get used to it fast. Let us know if you decide to put more than 10 psi in that thing and give it another go.
Onewheel needs to pair up with Bridgestone to make a blizzak tire. I'm late on getting a Onewheel but its on the way. Working at Costco in the tire shop and living in the PNW with snow, Blizzaks are the only way to go!! FLOAT LIFE 2 B!!
It seems as though the 5.5 doesn’t fit your style. At first I didn’t like it, wore it in, now I love it! It really takes some miles and patience to break it in I love the squirrellyness of the tire! Going around corners at speed is easy and allows the board to tilt into the corner. If you wanted a treaded tire, you should have got the regular sized treaded or a Burris, but the Vega definitely sounds like it suits your riding style the best. Also most tires are going to slip on grass after a decent rain. I bought a new board and went back to the Vega for a sec... waaaaaay to flat, tippy and wobbly for me personally. Had to swap out the motor with my old one with the 5.5 on it. Glad you opened your mind to it but maybe try a wider treaded tire and allow yourself some time to wear it in. Float on bra🤙
yeah i just got this tire ( almost 120 dollars with shipping in italy). I had my first ride today and I HATE IT. not smooth, not grippy, not what i was expecting. I cant get another one cause I dont have a job now and so I have to wait :/ but so far I prefer the VEGA tire
Me i don't like my FF hoosier 6.0.. I don't care about the grip and manoeuvrability.. just want the better carving smooth sensations.. and Vega is far better while carving in my opinion, deliver much more feelings ! I have read a lot of people reviews about that FF and they love it and i wanna try it too but it's not for me.. i have loose all sensations :( With the Vega you can put all your weight while carving and this is way more fun and playfull than 6.0 tire.. and you can go on wet surfaces but only in a straight line and it's ok for me because i don't ride on bad weather :) I will return to Vega or Whisper after my tire die for sure maybe even before !
That is what I felt as well. I love getting leaning into the turns and I just didn't feel it with this tire. I couldn't even wait. I came home and bought the Vega ASAP
@@ScotMendenhall Leaning while carving is really fun and my favorites surfskates too are my Swelltech premiere and my Hamboards pescadito the two that leans the most because they have more sensations than my Curfboard and Smoothstar :) I don't really understand why people love FF hoosier 6.0.. just because it's more polyvalent and grippy for offroad ? i'm sure they don't carve as much as us and they go straight line with their Onewheel.. i saw a lot that don't carve on videos.. ! carving on 6.0 is not fun at all :(
I can see the moisture on your tire from riding through the wet grass. Obviously going to get less traction in conditions like this. The Vega probably would be even worse in those conditions.
When I first rode the Pint, the smooth tire was an unforgivingly rough ride. After about 20 miles the tire started breaking in. Maybe it just needs to be broken in?
Yeah that was not true of this tire. I rode it for 100 miles and there was no breaking in. I have now tried out about 6 different tires to find the right one.
@@ScotMendenhall So I'm a bit late to this party, but am considering swapping out my stock Vega. Did you eventually land on a tyre you preferred more than the Vega?
That's not how traction works. Having treads is to expel water and stop hydroplaning in the wet. Off road it allows dirt and loose gravel a place to go so your tire is able to make contact with the ground and gain traction. it's not there to act like teeth and bite into the ground when you're off-roading.
Try your psi at 10% of your body weight. I feel the Hoosier 6” by Flight fins is way better than the 5.5” that you seem to be riding. It can ride over anything in the trails. I’m on the Burris 6” treaded now and it is a little more carvy.
Scot Mendenhall it gets you about 15-20% more range depending on weight and psi, it carves much better, it is SUPER quiet on the road, gets you more acceleration and breaking because it is the lightest tire on the market. I love it. Make sure to use the red armor dillo bottle it will last you easy 1k+ miles. I also have a stock xr with Vega And my whisper board+new bearings making it extra smooth and just feels truly like butter. I see what you’re saying about just liking the Vega, having two boards I see what you mean but I’d never go back. I only have the Vega for teaching beginners.
Just think about it, slick vs, tread. You have substantially more ground contact with a slick. IMO better for all conditions than a treaded. Its not a jeep its a onewheel, jeeps have 4 so it can get away with less ground contact.
hmmm ya well you didnt like it thats about all i got out of that.. But if that tire spins on that wet grass A slick will also, the only way it wont is if the tire is made for wet use it will be a different rubber compound.. You didnt like it cool,, Im still on my stock tire I will probably go to a hoosier because i can get them cheaper right from hoosier..
You are so wrong, Hoosier have 2 different tires and everybody that tell u Hoosier is the way to go are talking about the other one, you have smaller version for special group of people to ride idk in NY when u have big amount of people in the street etc. but tire that people talking about is much better and different experience. I have it and it’s amazing when u change Vega for that Hoosier u have everything better:stability and in the same time carvability, 100 times better traction and really it’s a game changer so put away that “pint” tire and buy the right one (flight fins have deal on whisper that only they can sell them but for treaded is different, I live in Poland and one guy have a deal with Hoosier and they selling him that tires without FF logo and it’s cheaper and easier for people here ) my honest review is 11/10 perfect hybrid for street, off-road and jumping if u want only off-road tire Burris is better more sticky but not good for jumping
Thanks for sharing I totally didn't know that much about Onewheels and tires till I posted this. I have learned so much. thanks for taking time to teach me some things. I just put the Burris 6 on.
I’ve tried almost every after-market tires besides the treaded Vega. My current favorite right now is the Burris 5.5 treaded. In NY we say, “once by you go 5.5 you never go back” and most of the OG riders rock the Hoosier 5.5. However I wanted to try something different and although I did have the Hoosier 5.5 and loved it, I absolutely love the Burris 5.5 more because the compound is softer/sticker and it’s slightly more rounded which is so much fun for single-track trails. The turning radius can’t be beat on a 5.5. Any 6.0 or larger tire just feels flat to me. At the end of the day, it’s all dependent on the rider’s preference. If you’re just cruising around, enjoy deep carves, ride mostly asphalt and like that “floaty” feeling, slicks cant be beat like the Vega - I do however recommend trying the Whisper or Hoosier Slicks if you wanna improve your carve game and range. Yes, there’s slight road vibration and maybe bumpiness from the treaded, but you get used to that within the first 100 miles or so. Again, you need to give the Whisper a try. It’s worth the hype and praise!
I just ordered the Burris tire and Im going to give that a try. I am after the right tire. and with all the comments about different tires I'm switching them out to find it.
Drop the PSI (15-16 is nice to me), switch to elevated, and wait for the tire to break in. When going up hills you have no choice but to go at the snail speed. The OneWheel just can't stabilize properly at high speeds when off-roading. All the problems in the video happened to me with the Vega. I could not use the Vega in my area because we have 0 smoothly paved areas. The bumps and jumps are much easier to handle when in elevated imo. I own a Pint with the slicks for pavement/concrete and I use the treaded XR for everything else. If you spent under 100 miles on this tire you did not give it a fair shot. Unpopular opinion meet unpopular opinion.
Treaded tires have better traction. That is a simple scientific fact, whether your anecdotal report agrees with it or not. It's not up for debate. There are plenty of resources online for anyone who's interested to learn the how and why, but it is what it is. You will have better traction on your board after switching to a treaded tire. Anyone saying otherwise is giving out objectively bad advice. Also, after looking at your "slip" at 0.25 speed, it is clear, at least to my eye, that the wheel only began to slide after your nose hit the ground and your weight came off the board, either because the motor cut off as it's designed to when under stress (which actually indicates the tread DID give you more traction, enough to keep stable all the way to the motor cut off), or you simply collided with the ground yourself. Either way, it doesn't change the fact that the only time it slid was _after_ the nose planted into the ground and you fell off it. That kind of slip will happen no matter what tire you're using. After all is said and done, pretty crappy "hot take"
I was not looking to offend you with my thoughts about the tire. Just talking about my first ride with it and sharing thoughts, questions and other things. Thanks for sharing your thoughts I learned tons there. Have a great day.
Scot Mendenhall Not offended, but I was slightly annoyed. Apologies for being a bit rude there, that wasn’t necessary. I just felt the record needed straightening for anyone out there looking to get better traction on their machine, many of whom may be doing so for safety concerns. Anywho, have a good day.
Hayden Nester and where in the video do you see it slipping? Around 4 mins when he says it slips you can clearly see it doesn’t slip at all but has excellent grip. I didn’t watch the rest, maybe there’s better info elsewhere in the vid...
Hey Scott great video! Sucks that you didn't like the treaded tire but before you switch it out please break it in a little more, treaded tires take longer to break in because they're thicker. Also I would recommend the Hoosier whisper tire. Quiet and you get more mileage out if it. Wheel with me did a good video about it here ua-cam.com/video/Eh1CNC0rPX8/v-deo.html Keep up the great videos! They are keeping me sane while I have a torn ACL and can't ride
@@ScotMendenhall I tore it riding my onewheel 🤣 I nosedived. Psi wise I would say like 25 and just really really break it in. It should loosen up hopefully. I hope it starts to feel better for you
Yea man I got my Hoosier treaded but I got to say I did some basic research before I bought the 11 x 6.0-6 made for OW with D10A by C&R. This batch was specifically designed for One Wheels and it has that extra inch that makes it worth wild and perform. Again would of made YOUR MISTAKE if I hadn't done my research. I see so many one wheelers blame a product but yet if they only did the research and thought about it before they made a blind or half thought out choice. thepeakperformancecenter.com/educational-learning/thinking/types-of-thinking-2/analytical-thinking/ Then shocker it isn't what you wanted, you then decide "it's not right" "it's not a good product" I don't like it. Face Palm. I mean I'm hearing you complain about it doing what it's supposed to do what it was designed to do. An kid when you get a new tire it takes generally a couple of hundred miles to wear off the WAX!!!! that they use to keep it from rotting an/or drying out. I E it's going to need to be worn down before you review. AT LEAST 100 - 200 miles. You're complaining about buying a candle that's too slippery yet you haven't taken off the protective plastic that it came in and you're bitching about the candle being slippery... This is what I'm talking about. Critical thinking, you were lucky enough to be born human it's your Birthright use it. thepeakperformancecenter.com/educational-learning/thinking/types-of-thinking-2/analytical-thinking/ I live in Las Vegas so it's harsh rocks and desert terrain with lots of nonsidewalk areas you have to Traverse to get back to the sidewalk areas on the roads. Bet you bought this tire not for the smooth experience if you want smooth experience you should get a smooth Tire! The name implies, what you get. I mean am I right? The traded is for more traction in rough terrain I'm sorry leafs aren't really going to help you with the tread tire and these don't really help on a vega flat tire either (I'm not saying the Vega cant go over it well) I'm just saying anyone is going to slip on wet leaves if you want too or by accident. If you're going over some dirt or you're going over some rocky dry desert terrain then your tire is going to shine. I haven't used the tire yet but being able to read the reviews and use common sense and my imagination along with using deductive reasoning combined with the good reviews told me to get 6in over 5ish and if I'm like you! An want it to feel like a flat sticky tire, I just need to order C&R custom super soft D10A to get the best of both but at the cost of life time. All of the stuff you're complaining about you should have been expecting from using that critical thinking. Buying a treaded tire means you're buying something that is not as smooth and you're sacrificing that smoothness for better grip on certain trains not guaranteed for all terrains. "Why do I have to say coffee is hot?" Again this basic knowledge you can look up. But you were lazy so your giving a bad false review. And seriously you choose to use leafs? Not something with like dirt or rocks in it or roots on a tree instead for the sake of finding something wrong and it won't do well on any tire your riding over leafs on a wet day over grass with FRESH WAX on your tire. Madonna can I hold your hate? It be a real honor. Wow, Madonna riding a treaded tire with the WAX still on, on a rainy day over leafs... ROFL such a half-ass review. You don't like it. I'm shocked 🙀 🙄😶😑🤮 I've seen your other content man your a professional. This is unprofessional work. It's even worse its noise disinformation.
1 thousand miles on a vega, 4 thousand miles on a Hoosier. IMO you have a laughable amount of experience for a onehweel UA-camr. It becomes an entirely new machine with that tire. You try it for 5 minutes and it's time to make a video!
I am no expert on tires or Onewheels. I just was sharing my thoughts on the tire that I just put on. I would love to hear why you like it. Looking to learn.
@@ScotMendenhall My advice is, put a few hundred miles on it and come back. Give it a fair shake. I Love the Vega, but the Hoosier takes time to warm up to. It feels like a death machine for a while, but once it clicks there is nothing better.
I have the treaded tire on my pint and i love it. It feels so much more sturdy off-road, rarely wheel slips, and does great in wet conditions. Some of the cons however are that it is not as quiet as the stock tire, it's a pain in the ass to change the tire, and it does reduce the range slightly

Want to sell that tire? I'd give it a go!
I think we are going to do some kind of tire give away. As I am on the quest to find the right tire.
Some points for those who may be scared off treaded from just this review (nothing against the reviewer, I just think some things could use clarification):
1) NO tire, treaded or not, will give you any kind of traction on wet grass.
I have ridden 4 tires and will comment below on how I felt each one could be used best:
*Stock Vega:
Tough, wide, slick.
* Whisper:
Slick and very quiet. Rounder than the stock but very delicate. Still stable at high speeds but less effort in turns. Stickers will puncture so slime is heavily recommended. Best for street-only riders who want super quiet rides that make them feel like they are gliding along on Marty McFly's little pink hoverboard.
* 6" treaded:
Tough, medium wide, stable and carvy.
* 5.5 treaded:
Narrower contact patch and a much more rounded profile.
Yes I am hear that I am crazy for picking he Vega but to be honest I have only rode two tires so my opinion is very limited.
Something about that extra .5 width
The 5.5 is the wrong tire. This is not the treaded tire most people are raving about. It’s too squirly. I’m guessing you also have the harder D30 compound? Your feet are probably sore from being tense trying to control that thing.
what wheel should I go with. I just put the burris 6 on. thanks for the hlep
@@ScotMendenhall bump
I appreciate the candid review. I’ve seen so many people recommend switching out the Vega asap, but it’s nice to hear from someone who put in the miles and has experience on different terrains.
And like you said, it’s about the type of ride you’re looking for. Not everyone might be looking for the ride that the treaded gives.
Andy V yep I realize that not everyone is going to like the Vega either.
Tire pressure is the biggest factor in any tire for offroad grip. I carry a mini compressor and go down to 16psi for singletrack/sand/grass and 25 psi on pavement. She climbs anything with a head start
Wrong tire. The Burris is great
can you tell me what the difference is between the 2 tires?
@@ScotMendenhall honestly no. I think the Burris is larger, but I have had a great experience with it and would highly recommend.
I can't speak to the treaded Hoosier on an XR, but I have over 800 miles on my treaded Burris. I just had to up the psi to round it out.
@@ScotMendenhall before you go back to the Vega try the Burris just for the wheel comparison.. maybe you might like it!
Yep that vega tire is awesome
Airbag suit! lol We have done a ton of tire reviews on this channel that might help you out. Look for the playlist.
Came here for one wheels, stayed for your personality and dedication to your family.
Very Kind and I hope we keep you smiling.
I suggest using Minimal Presser between the Sanders and the Tire initially, and increasing it, as you go... deciding which is the Best Force to Apply for Material removal, and desirable Finish.
thanks for the idea. never thought of that.
I love the tire review! very informative! Keep up the good work.....Float on Cheers!
thanks so much
I've seen that tire in the office for a year. Good to see that you are finally putting it on. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the ride.
Good things come to those who wait
I just got the FF Hoosier and rode it in muddy grass today on my XR. COULD NOT do that with my Vega. I did notice the foot fatigue though will play with PSI as well as wait a few miles to break it in before I have a firm position.
What's the PSI you running on that tire?
Scot Mendenhall 15. I’ve only got 15 mi on it. Weight 170lbs. I’ve also been playing with the shaping a lot
This is what I’ve been trying to find. Someone that tried a treaded tire compared to the stock. Thanks for this.
Glad I could help
Could you let me know what you have your gopro mounted on to get this angel?
You are saying that the Hoosier tire is bouncier than the Vega, but that just depends on the PSI. Also, you indicate that it slips going up that little hill (3:40 and 4:08) but the tire is not slipping, it just stops turning because it is the OW that is not able to power up the hill. The Hoosier tire will not give you more power, just more grip. I have the FF Hoosier Terrain, and it is way better than the Vega on trails. Noticeably more grip (but not more power).
Ok thanks for that info. What do you like better in that tire?
Yeah my Vega had around 1k in it and really liked it from day one. 1,300 miles is impressive
@@ScotMendenhall I think I still have some miles left on it because I go about 60% street & 40% trail and that affects how much you wear it down.
I appreciate opinion, mine is the the total opposite. I had more tire slippage with the Vega slick on wet surfaces. The noise subsided after 10 miles, now I barely hear it.
After reading a few of the comments I'm going to ride it for a few more miles
to be fair, you need two XRs, but that would defeat the purpose of one ... one for a Hoosie Whisper, and one for the Hoosier Treaded.
Wow 30 psi. Maybe I should put a few more miles on before switching the tire out. I'll have to check out the hossie Whisper
another point worth mentioning... the treaded tire significantly reduces millage per charge - I'd say by half, more so at lower psi. It's not worth it if you just ride it around town. You did the right thing waiting a year before swapping out the tire to protect your warranty. I swapped mine out as soon as it arrived on my door step... I like the Vega too... Its good enough for me too, but its just fun to explore the other options.
'
Gokart tires are meant for extreme G forces on the sidewalls through turns at 30plus mph, which is why its such a rough ride...
Funner Than Before that makes total sense
Someone probably already mentioned this, but maybe the slow leak caused lower pressure in the old tire.. making the ride feel much smoother
maybe. good point
Good info bro, I Love the honest review vs the Vega.
people are saying I am crazy for picking the Vega over this tire but these are the only 2 i have rode. There might be a better tire out there but I haven't rode it yet
@@ScotMendenhall Just as you said... it is YOUR opinion based on your experience. They have no say in the matter.
I don't have a onewheel yet but I do know a bit about tires and every tire company uses a different rubber Recipe so I would suggest trying the Vega treaded tire before saying you hate treaded tires on a onewheel And you can still hate them and that's perfectly fine i'm just saying every company uses different rubber recipes so you would have to try them all before you can truly say you don't like them
We just got the Vega treaded.
Cool how it feel
I love the honest review 🙏🏼
thanks we try to tell what we are really thinking here.
Kept my Vega for 2500 miles until it wore out. Been using the Burris for the past 1000 miles. I enjoyed the Vega but I personally like the feeling of the Burris.
I get the Burris today. I'll put it on and see what it's like. Can't wait to try it.
the way i figure is that the treaded wheel might be better on dirt, but on the road and sidewalk its would have less surface area meaning less grip. i have a stock vega and i love it its smooth and grippy and it still works great on dirt
that's what I am saying about the Vega
Yo 600 miles and my vega is showing cord
i got a threaded tire last summer cuz my vega wore out. i really miss my slick tire
I just upgraded to a Burris Trail Pro, and it's a 1000% better than the Vega in my experience. Better carving and quieter, can burn trails twice as fast. That's my experience. I didn't see you lose bite, the motor wouldn't push you up that hill. A tire can't help that.
thanks for sharing and that burris tire it awesome
I don't think you gave it enough time.. when i changed tires.. it look about 4 days for me to really start to like the tire.. NOT THE TIRE YOU ARE RIDING IN THIS VIDEO.. but the slick whisperer... from Hoosier.. IT FELT GOOD. just a thought.
Ok I'll give it a little more time to feel it out.
These vans are dope ➖⚫️➖💨
I gotta ask, is this Hoosier the older 5.5" or the newer 6" treaded tire? The fact that you felt this was more "squirrelly" than a Pint makes me feel like it's the older 5.5". I really love my treaded Hoosier 6" vs the Vega for the better carving with no loss of stability in general pavement and far better grip on loose terrain.
It's a 5.5. What PSI do you run on yours?
It's a 5.5 I really didn't know what the difference was between all the tires. I am learning that's for sure. What PSI do you use?
Do you need to use any other part to fit that 6inc tire? Or is it same like 5.5inc
I wish I would have watched this video before changing my Vega out to a Hoosier Treaded. I too deflated the tire some and I'm hoping the ride will get better after break-in.
i just changed it again. i put on a burris and I am dropping that video today. What do you think your PSI is at?
This tire rocks! You’re loco bro.
LOL the 5.0 size is to small for me.
Thanks!
This was the first tire that I had switched out and learned a lot. I found some really nice soft treaded tires that work so good
there is a new wheel coming out in a couple days..custom Hoosier treaded version but with the whisper compound...looking forward to hearing about this tire..I'm dying to change my tire and I'm leaning towards the Whisper or..??
We have that tire shipping here and we will do a review on it when it arrives
I know what you’re saying I love the stock tire on both the pint and XR. Going to have to replace my pint which was stolen but the silver lining is it forced me to get an XR sooner and I do t regret that at least. Downtown St. Paul I would recommend not leaving your board in your vehicle.
Yikes bro that sucks that someone stole it. not cool.
I just put that tire on my Onewheel. Dropping that review today
Have your kids been able to ride your xrplus? My 7 yr old tries but it doesn’t always engage and when it does it doesn’t stay. Thinking he’s too light. Maybe the pint has a more sensitive sensor since I see your little guys riding them
Yes they have. the trick we found was to put felt pads on the foot pad where the sensors are and this helped them activate them. I hope that works.
The next tire I think I will get is the Hoosier Whisper. I’ve heard great things about it - but I shouldn’t need a tire anytime soon.
I seen that tire come up in the feed plenty of times here. I'll check it out
@@ScotMendenhall it's a game changer.
You might be the only person ever to say you enjoyed the Vega tire. It pretty much sucks. Get yourself a Hoosier Whisper. You'll like it.
Ok I'll check that out. What is the difference between that the treaded tire?
Whisper is not treaded.
In all honesty i prefer a slick burris . I have tried the vega, hoosier treaded, and burris treaded. But the lack of distance i get with treaded is not for me
yes i have noticed a mile drop with the treaded as well.
But when you go up that little hump, it is the motor stalling out, not the loss of friction, it has nothing to do with treaded/slick tire at all....
Ok thanks for the info
Think for treaded tire to have benefits you need more speed to notice traction....even at 15mph its still pretty slow fir a tire......a different compound would be more beneficial than treads.....or maybe a studded tire fir you guys in woods or snow
After this video I went on the hunt for the bes tire out there for me and made so many tire review videos.
On one of the hills it didn't slip. The second hill it did. You can see the mud on the tire from slipping. and the whole it created.
im looking at that low nose height setting and thinking he's not in delirium
@@ScotMendenhall I think u put the tire on backwords
Have you tried the whisper? I would love to hear your thoughts on that. I really enjoyed it for city riding, and, while it felt a little bit more nervous initially under my feet, I felt far more surf like once I got the board settings right. Off road it is a little less forgiving but also very much more controllable. I've found the Vega has a tendency to go on a direction it feels, based on the environment, where as I felt the rounder shape of the whisper made it a little more responsive. It's not better than the Vega, but a different experience.
I just dropped a video about the whisper slick today on my channel with the new treaded tire to drop soon.
okay so i have a pint with over 1000 miles on it and i’m trying to get shredded tire as replacement but idk what kind i should get?
We dropped a review on a great Pint Treaded tire last week. here's the link: ua-cam.com/video/SYA3pGKSuuw/v-deo.html
Scot Mendenhall thanks imma watch it right now!! :)
I think I'm going to ride it again with 20+ PSI in it and see if I like it then.
Great in depth review, got my sub.
awesome. check out all the other tire reviews that we have done over the year if you would like
Onewheel needs to pair up with Bridgestone to make a blizzak tire. I'm late on getting a Onewheel but its on the way. Working at Costco in the tire shop and living in the PNW with snow, Blizzaks are the only way to go!! FLOAT LIFE 2 B!!
Oh that tire sounds awesome. I live in Minnesota and we deal with a ton of snow here so that would be really nice.
Are you from Minnesota?
yes best state ever.
It didn’t slip you caught the nose down at the 23 degree threshold.
Just my opinion you think it slipped because it's wet grass and the tire was wet?
I think it was because of the hard rubber that this tire is made of.
Ordered a Vega treaded🤘🏼 excited to see how it performs
Oh I wonder what that would be like. Let me know when you get a chance.
Scot Mendenhall will do! Keep up the positive vibes my man :)) thanks so much for keeping the stoke alive
Can you put a treaded tire on a onewheel pint?
My daughter has the Hoosier treaded on her Pint.
@@Smooth7896 how does she like it?
@@ScotMendenhall She loves the more aggressive look of it, but she only had the stock tire on for 40 or so miles before she switched.
Thanks for the info. This tire got me started on finding the right tire for me. I have tried 12 different tires.
yeah i just got this tire ( almost 120 dollars with shipping in italy). I had my first ride today and I HATE IT. not smooth, not grippy, not what i was expecting. I cant get another one cause I dont have a job now and so I have to wait :/ but so far I prefer the VEGA tire
You can try to let out some of the air to see if you like that better
Ok I'm gonna trust your judgment
Your very kind to trust me but I would try a new tire for yourself. It was pretty fun to try it out.
Great video! Did you swap out the stock foot pads? And if so do you think it’s worth it?
Yes I did and yes totally worth it.
I’d love to see a comparison to the Vega treaded tire :)
When that arrives here we will do it. This week we are doing the whisper tire review
Me i don't like my FF hoosier 6.0.. I don't care about the grip and manoeuvrability.. just want the better carving smooth sensations.. and Vega is far better while carving in my opinion, deliver much more feelings !
I have read a lot of people reviews about that FF and they love it and i wanna try it too but it's not for me.. i have loose all sensations :(
With the Vega you can put all your weight while carving and this is way more fun and playfull than 6.0 tire.. and you can go on wet surfaces but only in a straight line and it's ok for me because i don't ride on bad weather :)
I will return to Vega or Whisper after my tire die for sure maybe even before !
That is what I felt as well. I love getting leaning into the turns and I just didn't feel it with this tire. I couldn't even wait. I came home and bought the Vega ASAP
@@ScotMendenhall Leaning while carving is really fun and my favorites surfskates too are my Swelltech premiere and my Hamboards pescadito the two that leans the most because they have more sensations than my Curfboard and Smoothstar :)
I don't really understand why people love FF hoosier 6.0.. just because it's more polyvalent and grippy for offroad ? i'm sure they don't carve as much as us and they go straight line with their Onewheel.. i saw a lot that don't carve on videos.. ! carving on 6.0 is not fun at all :(
I can see the moisture on your tire from riding through the wet grass. Obviously going to get less traction in conditions like this. The Vega probably would be even worse in those conditions.
Your probably right.
To be fair, you put a Hoosier 5.5 which is honestly the worst treaded tire to choose from. I feel like you'd love the vega treaded or Burris treaded
the Vega treaded sounds like I might like that. I'll take a look at it. What do you ride?
@@ScotMendenhall owning 8 boards I've tried almost every tire option out there. My favorite tire of them all is the Burris 6 Slick
@@ajnangaj123 Why is that your Fav?
@@ScotMendenhall it makes my XR ride and feel like a pint and has also increased the amount of miles I get on a single charge
Ok
Try your psi at 10% of your body weight. I feel the Hoosier 6” by Flight fins is way better than the 5.5” that you seem to be riding. It can ride over anything in the trails. I’m on the Burris 6” treaded now and it is a little more carvy.
I just installed the Burris 6 and I am dropping that video today to share my thougths.
Scot Mendenhall Awesome! Can’t wait to hear what you think.
put on armor dilloz from craft and rde its cheap and adds suspension and also seals and repairs tires
I'll have to give this a good.
@@ScotMendenhall yooooo thank you for replying to my comment i love your videos
You gotta get the whisper tire !!!! The best :)
so many are telling me that. I'll look into that tire. What are the differences in it from the stock Vega?
Scot Mendenhall it gets you about 15-20% more range depending on weight and psi, it carves much better, it is SUPER quiet on the road, gets you more acceleration and breaking because it is the lightest tire on the market. I love it. Make sure to use the red armor dillo bottle it will last you easy 1k+ miles.
I also have a stock xr with Vega
And my whisper board+new bearings making it extra smooth and just feels truly like butter.
I see what you’re saying about just liking the Vega, having two boards I see what you mean but I’d never go back. I only have the Vega for teaching beginners.
Scot Mendenhall I just got back from a ride, 13 miles, 54% left.
:)
i think there is a treaded vega comming out soon. should be interesting
yeah I can't wait to try that tire out.
Just think about it, slick vs, tread. You have substantially more ground contact with a slick. IMO better for all conditions than a treaded. Its not a jeep its a onewheel, jeeps have 4 so it can get away with less ground contact.
True. With snow on the ground here I have found that a treaded tire works way better in snow then the slicks
Burris is such a beast slick tire it was on sale too recently.
Slicks are for pavement like race cars so more contact. Treaded tires for dirt offer more traction. Seems simple enough.
hmmm ya well you didnt like it thats about all i got out of that.. But if that tire spins on that wet grass A slick will also, the only way it wont is if the tire is made for wet use it will be a different rubber compound.. You didnt like it cool,, Im still on my stock tire I will probably go to a hoosier because i can get them cheaper right from hoosier..
I never saw it slip on the grass, just lack of power
Yeah I see that as well now. Thanks for watching
Isn't this just a rain tire for a racing gokart?
I thinks so. I have tried so many new tires after that one.
I’ve heard riding the treaded makes the XR feel more like a pint. It doesn’t sound like you had that experience?
yes it did. I own the Pint so I didn't want both my Onewheel to feel the same.
I don’t think that the tire is broken in yet
Ok that's good to know. I'll put a few more miles on before I get rid of it.
Looks like it bottomed out
I’ve tried almost every after-market tires besides the treaded Vega.
Wait 20 more miles
I’m so surprised a tire designed for dirt would slip on wet grass.
Maybe I need to break in the tire a little bit more. I think it's too hard of a tire. But what do I know. lol
Hayden Nester and where in the video do you see it slipping? Around 4 mins when he says it slips you can clearly see it doesn’t slip at all but has excellent grip. I didn’t watch the rest, maybe there’s better info elsewhere in the vid...
Well of course the wheel slipped you dug the nose
If your riding on wet grass your tire is gonna slip no matter what tire you have on...😂 go in the dirt to find your difference
great idea
id like to sipe mine for winter
I am looking forward to riding the treaded tire in winter as well.
Disappointed the onewheel couldn't climb over the world smallest hill.
It totally wasn't the Onewheel it was the tire. That tire is really hard so it slips when it gets on wet grass.
its partially your technique though. hills are hips forward and shoulders back.
Ok I can change that up
Hey Scott great video! Sucks that you didn't like the treaded tire but before you switch it out please break it in a little more, treaded tires take longer to break in because they're thicker. Also I would recommend the Hoosier whisper tire. Quiet and you get more mileage out if it. Wheel with me did a good video about it here
ua-cam.com/video/Eh1CNC0rPX8/v-deo.html
Keep up the great videos! They are keeping me sane while I have a torn ACL and can't ride
Oh no how did you get hurt? I'll put a few more milles on it.Any thought on the psi?
@@ScotMendenhall I tore it riding my onewheel 🤣 I nosedived. Psi wise I would say like 25 and just really really break it in. It should loosen up hopefully. I hope it starts to feel better for you
This video bothers me get your leg strength up and push your psi up to 30 to 45
Sorry that it bothers you. That was not what I was trying to do. I'll try the PSI levels.
Click bait . . . not cool is the only correct part of your video title :(
Ha Ok I'll work on it then.
Literally not that big of a deal, but someone has got to bitch . . .
Too much talk. Not enough to the point information.
Ok I'll work on that. Thanks for the comment.
I see so many one wheelers blame a product but yet if they only did the research and thought about it before they made a blind or half thought out choice.
thepeakperformancecenter.com/educational-learning/thinking/types-of-thinking-2/analytical-thinking/
Then shocker it isn't what you wanted, you then decide "it's not right" "it's not a good product" I don't like it.
Critical thinking, you were lucky enough to be born human it's your Birthright use it.
thepeakperformancecenter.com/educational-learning/thinking/types-of-thinking-2/analytical-thinking/
I live in Las Vegas so it's harsh rocks and desert terrain with lots of nonsidewalk areas you have to Traverse to get back to the sidewalk areas on the roads.
"Why do I have to say coffee is hot?"
Again this basic knowledge you can look up.
I'm shocked 🙀 🙄😶😑🤮
I've seen your other content man your a professional.
This is unprofessional work.
It's even worse its noise disinformation.
I mean am I the only one that's ever gone mudding and seen a truck trying to go over grass with treaded tires. How about a leafed field with oh I don't know hills and leafs and grass. Hey like our boy here.
The fucker might as well be over ice when giving the gas.
Yet this guy is like pointing his finger "see".
And none of you other fuckers didn't catch it nor did you catch the WAX on his tire or he didn't get the 6 inch. Just a lot of sycophants Mastery Your great master, you love and appraise my favorite brand of tire Master. YEEESSS talk about my "BRAND" o-mai nipples oh the "Brand"©.
Fans with no critical thinking
Oh God oh goddddddd. Jizzz everywhere.
No.
Them shoes have got to go. Stop wearing your girl friends clothes. It's not cool
Ok sure thing I'll do that. thanks for watching and dropping a comment. I don't know if I can let the shoes go I really like them.
That's obviously. You center staged them a few times.😂😂😂. That's why i poked fun.
I wonder what it would be like to ride with a threaded tire on my pint.
I don't know. It might be really nice.
I have the treaded tire on my pint and i love it. It feels so much more sturdy off-road, rarely wheel slips, and does great in wet conditions. Some of the cons however are that it is not as quiet as the stock tire, it's a pain in the ass to change the tire, and it does reduce the range slightly
