    This has always been one of my biggest struggles when it comes to serving food. I'm creative when cooking, my plating is another story. Thank you for some inspiration!

      The sauce is the beginning is a beurre blanc with a parsley oil, you can find the recipes on the links below:

      The orange sauce I used on the video is a Carrot Gel. I don't have a video for it, but it is made with carrot juice, lemon juice, ginger and cayenne pepper that is boiled with agar agar, then solidified in the fridge and after that blended to turn into a gel.
      Basic method to make gels is liquid/agar agar/ boil/ cool to solidify/blend.

      White is mayonnaise souce red is red chilly souce the green one is green souce (chutney) from tandoor and you can also add dark soya for black
