    Bringing back my Childhood with this! I remember when everyone in school would have a Tamagotchi and Teachers would get upset, because kids were always messing with them in Class, because they would die if you didn't care for it every few hours.

    Hey! I was recently following this tutorial and so excited but one of my molds was on a slanted surface which I didn't realize until I cured. The back is uneven and curves in a bit;; would sanding it and doming it be my best bet? Or would the clear resin be super noticable against a bright pink tamagotchi aha?
    Thank you!

    • @AmyMade
      @AmyMade  3 роки тому

      Depends on how uneven it is but you should try it anyway to and see. Honestly people won’t be looking at the sides to see the unevenness so I don’t think you should worry too much.

    Merry Christmas, Amy! I'll be starting with resin-making very soon! Had a quick question though, I noticed that you used Sharpie on one side of the first shaker piece, but colored in the character on the reverse side. Is there a reason for that? I appreciate you making this video as I find it very helpful ♥ I hope Santa is good to you today, and I look forward to your response. Take care!

      Sedira Sanders try putting a little bit of oil first before adding the film.

    • @sengasengana
      @sengasengana 3 роки тому

      I tried everything possible to prevent the glitter from sticking to the plastic. Putting in some oil first didn't help either. My solution: I rarey add glitter to the cavity. I only do when I don't mind it sticking, and only a little bit. Other than that I only use heavier stuff like microbeads, shrink plastic pieces, plastic beads, slices of polyclay canes, metal pieces etc. If I want glittery shakers, I put the glitter into the resin. ;)
      BTW: AmyMade, your shakers are the most beautiful I found on the whole internet. I adore them! Most shakers are imo extremely over the top with kitsch, I don't like that.
      Also your tips helped me a lot. Thank you!
