Even his granddaughter knew that because she was there when he died and she was practically a child when he died and I'm pretty sure the FBI were not going to interrogate somebody who's not even 5 and they would interrogate her now because she has nothing to do with it but Alphonse Capone was trying to prove that their family can rise unfortunately that was one of his sins that brought him to the underworld and this time the real thing.

I bet the reason says a lot about Kahmunrah. He may be evil, but those people are monsters.
