If they live in it at all. The world's wealth is stashing money in safe real estate markets like NYC. There are whole skyscrapers around central park full of empty units, bought and sold like stocks.

You two really have an unmatched chemistry. And you have a unique presentation style. Lethargic, torpid, uninspired, stunted, soulless, lackluster, aloof, detached. Splendid design and amazing craftsmanship. It's a fussy point, but describing something as 'very' unique is incorrect. It's either unique or it isn't. I'm not sure why I'm commenting on this, except to say that a property of this extraordinary quality should be presented flawlessly. It strikes me as a bit amateurish that the script isn't as excellent as the property. Maybe I'm just bitter that I won't every be rich enough to own such a masterpiece!

Not that I live like a complete pauper, but it does make me sad that somebody can justify spending this much on a home when there is a housing crisis in the US and there are so many people struggling financially across the world.

Rule 1: never walk backwards on camera.
Rule 2: if you do walk backwards, against all common sense, be prepared to re-shoot the scene when you hit the obstacle behind you.
Rule 3: learn that it’s just ‘unique’ and nothing else, not very/super unique or any other combination.

***********🔥********† don't get me wrong this is a beautiful apartment with great views. But I would NOT feel safe here because what about if there's a fire or an explosion on one of the floors below? how in tarnation you going to get out? Another thing, you know there was some buildings in Miami Beach that fell down close to where my humble little winter condominium is. I don't trust these buildings anymore, especially these huge buildings, plus they could topple down just because of that humongous weight. And a terrorist attack?! Hello! No thank you !

So true. Whenever I see buildings this tall, it always reminds me of 9/11. Too scary. You are practically dead if anything happens because no one is surviving that. After reading your comment, it also popped into my mind, what if someone was having a heart attack? You'd literally be dead before the medics even reach you! Scary! 😟
