Or at least Shizuna who has helped the crew and stayed to fight until the final battle. "

This final boss was nuts...from the moment the boss disables turn based and then the boss rush and then the free S-Craft to counter the S-Craft...They went all out on this one

Kinda hoping we see either Rean (Maybe a rematch against Shizuna?), Sara (Because she's a bracer, and we saw Fie in the original Kuro), Jusis (Pretty sure that being the new Duke Alberea will require diplomatic relations, especially being the aftermath of Operation Jormungandr) or Gaius (As a member of the Gralsritter, maybe picking up where Barkhorn left off?)
I think that we may get a Rean vs Shizuna rematch during the Kuro games. Not only did they include Towa and Fie in Kuro 2 and Kuro 1 respectivly, but iirc Shizuna often talks about him (iirc she calls him her younger brother). It could also be used to reveal Rean's title as a Divine Blade (which is unknown as of now) and be used to show his progress after Hajimari.
Thats why we need cs5 yah the erebonian story are finish but rean story’s not rean need to face ka fai and get a new tachi after his tachi broke after meeting shizuna at the end of reverie and rean should the one to defeat the grandmaster and end the ouroboros for good and maybe we will see rean vs adios since adios is a system and facing the true great one this will be similar to the akatsuki its like rean is naruto ouroboros will be the akatsuki ofc estelle llyod and van will join the fight with their comrades and we will see the new class 7 but this time they are from different continent and rean become a new principal of thors and either van or estelle will be the instructor of the 3rd batch of class 7

Next game will probably focus on the remaining plot threads that were left hanging in the first game. Of course, the whole Octo-Genesis thing isn't over yet, either... after all, we still don't know what'll happen now that they've all been brought together.
I'm disappointed that none of the characters, aside from Van, got a 2nd S-Craft. If I'm not mistaken, every 2nd Trails game of an Arc, the characters all got a 2nd S-Craft. Well looks like Kuro is completely finished since it says "FIN" at the very end, which Japan only uses when something is completely finished. Interesting this Arc didn't have any Sept-Terrion as I assumed the Oct-Genesis was going to end up being the Sept-Terrion of Time or somehow connected to it, but apparently not??? Next main Trails game is probably not gonna be until 2024 or 2025.
We will probably have at least Kuro III to close the arc of Calvard Republic because nothing has yet been explained about why the genesis was created and about Ouroboros and Roy Gramheart's plan besides the outcome regarding Van's secret.

@@WhiteRaito they're rushed for $$$, that's why the main story is shallow like puddle, and all of that super power and anti-science settings felt absolutely stupid and out of place. 1st game was about mystery and all of sudden 2nd game becoming over the top with rogue like element. if death means nothing in kiseki , than story means nothing to kiseki as well. stupid idea like time reset because it spoiled the immersion and emotional build up. they could have just push the release date after YS X for the better writings, but they didn't. it might be the worst kiseki entry ever, even worst than cold steel 2.

They were expecting to have the main plot of the series to move on, and in the end it left many questions unanswered, because this game focused so much in time leap and bad endings. Many of the deaths was so stupid. Overpowered characters like Shizuna falling into petty tricks by some characters and dying along with Van's crew.

Cold steel and hajimari still the best
i can't say they're the best, but i can say their messed up the potential great story of this game, ended up an imcomplete overhyped sequel.
I disagree in terms of plot Crossbell and Trails in the Sky were much better.
