Nope, its 1.9 CR Champ. I would say it works excellent on earth surface, especially loose rocks and mudding (probably because of large threads of the tires). On rocky surface however you need to use dual stage foam to replace the original one, as the tires are too soft, and side hilling using original foam is not that great (tire wall tends to fold). Grip performance are great, and it works better with dual stage foam
