And as time went on H3 started to incorporate all these people into little side bits they do everyweek. Tom and YMH didn't realize this with their own crew and instead of letting them grow into more roles they kept them on the sidelines until they left.

You really deserve it. it Keep it up dude.
Yeah, there was no reason given other than Nadav wanted to try to help some smaller productions and to see him doing his own thing is very interesting. Nadva came onto YMH as the very first producer and he really grew the technical capability of the show. All of the production value you see today evolved from Nadav's work. I agree he was integral, but he has been doing this FOREVER and going out on his own to apply his skills on his own show makes perfect sense. The issue with the costs of a podcast studio are so real. Weak shows need them, but a strong show evolves beyond them quickly.
Tom screwed himself telling people he came up rough when his father was a retired veteran who helped pay his rent when he was trying to do stand-up. It's easy to say, "you're thinking like a loser" when daddy helped you finacially until you got famous

All of these big podcasters/comedians don’t realize a majority of their audience in just average hard working people. Gotta love Steve-O just rolling into Danny's podcast (recently acquired by the YMH podcast network) and straight flaming Tom and Christina for their insane high-horse elitism.
Dr Drew's show was good but once they started 2 bears ot got to be a bit much. I miss when they had on comedians watching clips and telling actual funny stories
@@2guys1cliplol I stopped listening in 2018 and tried to get back into it a couple of years later, but they stopped with the clips. It was the main reason i listened to it.
Honestly? I saw the change occur before Nadav. I had been watching them for years, I noticed the shift after they gained a lot of popularity and they started releasing the Paid Specials... they started to withhold all their funny content for the special, and spent a good chunk of their episode talking about the upcoming special... which is boring. They left their watchers breadcrumbs, encouraging them to buy their specials if they want to see the stuff they enjoy. I started finding that most of the time, when I clicked to watch, their guests were other fellow comics and they weren't actually being funny.... they just sat around and "talked shop". They'd acknowledge that it was probably boring for people not in the industry, but kept doing it anyway. Then the money they started to make started to bleed in; new sets, new clothes, new this new that. They just sat around talking about their wealth, their industry, what they're doing for specials and shows, and relying heavily on Christinas "tik toks" to bring the content... which...... waning. That gold rush has run dry imo..... Nadav, the constant addition of new "shows" to their roster which are boring, the lack of funny, it's all culminating in something that's going to be hard to turn around.
I've been a YMH fan for years, and this last year or so has been painful. When he first started the "fuck the poors" arc, i genuinely thought it was just a bit that didn't land, but apparently that was pure copium. YMH was the only comedy podcast i really liked for a long time, but it looks like the show I loved is long over.
I'm still waiting for the punchline... the part at the end, though? This guy is taking Tom's 'Day in the life' tik tok seriously when it's clearly a parody of that woman Christina found who makes those videos. I think he makes some good points, but he might be a little tone def.
I agree, it’s not what it used to be but It would be weird if they didn’t evolve. I’ve loved watching the YMH journey from the beginning. Tom’s always been arrogant and that’s what’s makes him so funny and Christina’s dark warped humour complements 👌🏽 I go between MSSP, old cum town, and lemon party and always have some time for Tim and Christine. Also loving Nadav’s new pod, really unexpected!
The sad part is, Tom can actually be really funny. I have no idea why they are insisting on lighting the ship on fire, watching it burn, then going down with the ship while calling everyone "poor" for pointing out that the ship is on fire......
@@paulbryant8403 He has like maybe 2-3 funny stand up bits, ever. lol He heavily relies on reacting to funny videos on his podcast, which is the lowest form of comedy. Literally anyone can commentate and laugh about absurd stuff on the internet. When I am comparing how good a comedian is I compare them to the current best. And Tom isn't even close to the level of a Burr, Theo or Chappelle. His latest comedy special was horrendous. He is simply a subpar-at-best comedian, who got the Rogan boost, along with the pandemic inflating views because everyone was home. But that Rogan boost only gets you so far, and the pandemic is over. He really isn't that witty or funny. Out of Rogans circle, Theo is the only one who is talented, witty and/or funny. I don't count Burr as being in Rogans circle. And the rest of them are the most successful undertalented comedians I have ever seen. lol It's legit mind blowing that they are as popular as they are.
Is Tom Segura seriously trying to be like a Dan Bilzerian for even dumber dudes? I don't think I've seen/heard a total of 90 seconds of his content, but I feel like he's not as terrible as Steve O yet, so I guess he's got that going for him.
That’s big of Steve-O to admit he can’t watch it but still giving you a shoutout. I would have expected differently of him and am pleasantly surprised.
The podcast industry was exactly like the trucking industry during the pandemic and a correction is happening. I started my truck company when times were good but i didnt save for the hard times so my company shut down last year because the market dictates the price. So if I learned anything its to save when its good times because they dont last.
YMH lost me years ago. It had its moments, don't get me wrong - but often it just ended up being Tom and Christina droning on and on about stuff like the different varieties of sharts. Like just being weird and quirky was supposed to carry the show. Even back 6-7 years ago, Tom's douchiness would occasionally show through, acting cocky because he got some douchy sports car. Thank God I found Dad Meat
When Nadav left, I commented online that "People don't leave jobs or bosses they like," so I knew something was up then. Now, with "Where My Mom's At" going on hiatus as well and Christina P on antidepressants again, it certainly sounds like "Mo Money, Mo Problems."
Classic case of ‘let’s just do more of whatever we’re doing’, rather than focusing on what made them successful in the first place. Downsizing always follows oversaturation - the whole podcast ‘industry’ is highly overdone, Ymh is at the forefront
Tom Segura does a lot of parodies. If you're not part of the YMH family most jokes are going to go over your head. 2Lazy2Try sadly seems to be getting trolled. Just like the video about the poors. That originates from YMH Podcast. It goes back to using a washcloth.
I’m whatever about most of this because I watch ymh sparingly. But now knowing that laugh was Nadav is losing the best, authentic laugh track that show had. Legit huge loss.

The irony of it all is that I didn't know any of these guys prior to covid, remember thinking to myself what's wrong with me that I find them painfully unfunny when they did blow up (excluding Shane; love him), and now how I thoroughly enjoy your content reassuring me that I was not the only one that cringes at these guys.
Having Steve-O shout you out has to be such an amazing feeling. Keep the good work up!!
That Tom Segura tiktok retriggered my fentanyl addiction
Seeing Tom behave like spoiled rich as an adult is crazy.
I mean his dad is a multimillionaire. He was raised a spoiled brat lol
it's not surprising
a spoiled brat becoming a spoiled adult isnt that crazy, its quite normal
A rich kid doosh that's NEVER been Funny. He's just NOT funny
He was a spoiled bully as a kid so it’s not surprising
Dude, it's crazy. I love this channel and I didn't know about it, at all not too long ago and now, I swear, I hear and see your channel being brought up [always positively] in the comedy and social commentary scene/community, on YoutTube, good amount everywhere in the last few months... Good for you, dude. Honestly. I love seeing whenever new smaller channels I find, that are interesting/informative and entertaining to watch, start really blowing up.
After the army his dad got high up in Merrill lynch. Tom is effectively a trust fund baby. Had no fears of not making it in comedy
what an ingrate with his bullshit "nice watch" speech. good riddance
@Ozempicis4pigssome are very well off. You’re thinking of the horror stories.
@Sexycessna206 Helps if you can read a little. High up in Merrill Lynch will get you a few bucks and financial assets...
@Sexycessna206 My dad is a veteran. With his pension and benefits he's clearing around 5K a month in his retirement.
Tom's wife should tell him to get his ego in check.
She'd have to check her own first lmao.
*That Fake Comedian Wife? That's Where He Got His Ego.*
Maybe one day she will finally bring out the strap-on and show him.
Both are inflated
Lmao they are the same
lmfao where you cut that ending got me good
I don't watch any of the podcasts that 2lazy talks about, but i never miss an episode of this
This channel is my guilty pleasure! Keep making these videos for all us poors and homeless cats!!!
But why guilty? With his delivery I have convinced my fam that I’m listening to a dissertation on string theory and they immediately flee the room.
Terrible. Why guilty? What do you feel guilty about?
@@JumpCutThis Cuz it's irrelevant ass news about irrelevant ass people. We can lie to ourselves all we want, but the reason we watch this is because he's speaking what we already think; we're not learning anything new.
Guilty? Lackin' Stanima there...
dis 1 for all da pf chang workerz💯
Oh making fun of your lower income audience is a bad idea? Who would have guessed
Tom’s worst offense is not being funny at all
@parkerpoops9780 Dark humor? Tom segura? 😂😂😂 You can’t be serious dude he’s like a mainstream Bert Kreisher type comic.
@parkerpoops9780YMH when it was in it's prime was mostly dark humor..just bc he made fun of the poors doesn't negate the good content. This is like ppl saying Louie wasn't funny after he got caught beating off
All of these big podcasters/comedians don’t realize a majority of their audience in just average hard working people. I get it’s just jokes but with these guys it feels like they legitimately look down on people. Look at Brendan shaub. Dudes always acted like a prick who thinks he’s better than others. I think they’re realizing maybe they’re not as popular and cool as they thought
@Roberto-de8xv in its prime for sure but his idea of "dark humor" is just making fun of people's obvious pain which sure can be dark humor but from a professional comedian? Boring as hell
I remember when you had like 7k subs and now it’s at 100k+. Crazy…. Hope you keep moving forward…. Thanks for the videos
Been here for a long time 2L glad to see you getting the much deserved exposure from folks like Steve O and Podcast Cringe. Now someone just needs to start a channel that dissects podcast commentary channels like yours LOL
Very meta. To go about and dissect this and that pink colored comedy channel.
You know Tom was one of the six mentioned by Katt
He was the first I thought of😂
Oh yes!
Shout out from Steve-O, man's going places. I discovered your channel a few months ago and watch every video. Your delivery is refreshing compared to the fake enthusiasm of a lot of youtubers. Keep up the good work man
He did that tik tok as a joke from YMH last week with that girl who gets a lot of hate posting all her daily routine.
Tom has to pay people to laugh.
And even the money wasn't good enough😂
😂
I think Tom is slowly turning into a "cool guy"
Constantly flexing porsches and watches, not even being a car enthusiast just likes expensive cars, yaps and talks down on the poors. Definitely a cool guy
Slowly? He IS a cool guy 🎸🎸🎸🎸
Yeah you often become what you hate and make funny of the most I guess
He’s basically hard rock nick at this point
@@flowerasteroid6241 i absolutely love how angry that makes fat poors in the comments. With their shitty 9 to 5 jobs. It's hilarious and your anger is funny.
Dude congrats on the Steve-O shoutout!!! That’s so great for you!
im thinking about subscribing to your Patreon, however i'm concerned that there's a lack of comedians having a meltdown on stage in the early 2000s. Is there a chance I could find some coverage on that? thanks in advance
Tom's fake interview with Bobby Kelly was a major red flag.
Tom pretending to be humble
What was that?
@samanthab1923 I think they're referring to Tom's recent appearance on Bobby's podcast 'You Know What Dude' or YKWD
@@josephdeseta Thanks
I unsubscribed to everything they do
Gotta love Steve-O just rolling into Danny's podcast (recently acquired by the YMH podcast network) and straight flaming Tom and Christina for their insane high-horse elitism.
Damn you’ve really blown up. Happy new year I’m inspired to create.
I hate channels with mascots, but the combo of the name, narrative voice, and Jason Alexander is 10/10. Great stuff here
It’s mind boggling to me that people think Tom Segura is funny and entertaining? I really can’t figure it out
YMH has been dying since they made it into a multi show studio. It was gold in their old home studio.
Your videos are the best. I love that you spend your time researching this drama so I don’t have to. 😂
Seeing tom segura trying desperately to be an influencer just to be a total cringelord is better than any of his stand-up
That “sink to piss in” comment caught me off guard. Hilarious 😂😂
Damn bro, time just flies! Congratulations on your success! And I'm looking forward to other comedians noticing the channel and shouting you out!
You used an exclamation point on every sentence. Are you under 25 or something? Are you a simp to content creators? Lol
@@AdditiveFree83 Read the pinned comment
@@Judgement_Kazzy I did miss that but he definitely didn't catch that till afterwards
I agree, it’s not what it used to be but It would be weird if they didn’t evolve.
I’ve loved watching the YMH journey from the beginning. Tom’s always been arrogant and that’s what’s makes him so funny and Christina’s dark warped humour complements 👌🏽
I go between MSSP, old cum town, and lemon party and always have some time for Tim and Christine.
Also loving Nadav’s new pod, really unexpected!
Watching Tim Dillon at all? Or was that bridge burned…
Loved old Cum Town. That Korean Bill Cosby bit never gets old.
Redbar claims another victim
Nobody thought a laugh track could have their own career until Stavros did it
The sad part is, Tom can actually be really funny. I have no idea why they are insisting on lighting the ship on fire, watching it burn, then going down with the ship while calling everyone "poor" for pointing out that the ship is on fire......
Yeah Tom's one of the actual decent comedians. Seems like 90 percent of em are just shit
He's never been funny
That's nonsense. @@ztotheu2974
@@ztotheu2974……to you.
"He has to have a sink to piss in"
😂😂😂 I literally spit out my drink
The day in the life parody is funny when you see what he’s basing it off of😂
im so glad you got that shout out my boy, you deserve it. I wish you and your channel good luck in the future!
Is Tom Segura seriously trying to be like a Dan Bilzerian for even dumber dudes?
I don't think I've seen/heard a total of 90 seconds of his content, but I feel like he's not as terrible as Steve O yet, so I guess he's got that going for him.
All that being said his subtleties in the tik tok parody of that coffee girl are spot on😂
Steve-O doing damage control. He's not funny or interesting when he opens his mouth, he just wants to keep grifting
"And then he needs a sink to piss in"😂😂 that shit got me
That’s big of Steve-O to admit he can’t watch it but still giving you a shoutout. I would have expected differently of him and am pleasantly surprised.
Steve-O ripping Tom and his slob wife spitting facts is savage AF. What a legend lolllll
Been trying to tell everyone, the producers behind the cameras “laughing “ (totally fake laughing) is the modern day laugh track
Podcast and internet media is about anyone being able to do it.
It's about authentic people who are in touch with real people.
Danny Brown seems to be the only show worth watching right now from the studio, sad state to be in.
Almost all their sponsors dropped too. They used to have a sponsor every 15 minutes and now it’s just at the beginning
I was a big fan of YMH but yeah ….. I’m not supporting someone who thinks I’m a loser because I don’t own a Rolex.
The podcast industry was exactly like the trucking industry during the pandemic and a correction is happening. I started my truck company when times were good but i didnt save for the hard times so my company shut down last year because the market dictates the price. So if I learned anything its to save when its good times because they dont last.
Construction too. We were booming 2021-22, but something about it felt unsustainable, like lots of people being hired and lots of overpriced jobs
@mrthompson878 yes I someone who wanted jobs doing- fence, new patio etc I was out priced Just couldn't afford it. Double previous quotes!!
Shits on YMH but shouts out Dad Meat. Lmao you must be a poor. 😂
Yooo wtf that tiktok had me cacklin lol what is that guy thinking
When Nadav left, I commented online that "People don't leave jobs or bosses they like," so I knew something was up then. Now, with "Where My Mom's At" going on hiatus as well and Christina P on antidepressants again, it certainly sounds like "Mo Money, Mo Problems."
You'd think it was the French Revolution the way the poors are kicking Tom's ass
Its hilarious to me that people think his tik tok poking fun of influencers is him trying to become an influencer.
I’m whatever about most of this because I watch ymh sparingly. But now knowing that laugh was Nadav is losing the best, authentic laugh track that show had. Legit huge loss.
Isn't it weird how hearing someone else laugh makes you laugh at something that isn't actually laughable 😂😂
Loved the Steve-O plug. Like many others here, I started watching your videos when your subscriber count was a mere fraction of what it is today so well done, man.
Seeing that video from Tom tells you everything you should need to know; he is making fun of “day in the life” influencers…
Nadav was the worst. The laughing ruined every episode.
Lmao Steve-O didn't even watch it
