Aveeno is very expensive but I'm told it works very well, especially on sensitive, allegy prone skin. A friend recommended it for my very dry, flaky skin. I've always had dry skin but as I get older it seems to get worse. ❤️

I can't believe how much food you received for 4 people. Our food banks don't give out even a eighth of that. We get 1 meat, 3 cans of different veggies, 1 can of fruit, a sleeve of crackers, loaf of bread, peanut butter, grape jelly, and spaghetti

I hear you talk about your Gut problems. I used to have the same issues. Cutting out all processed meats like the deli meats, bacon, sausage, hot dogs really helped. No processed cheeses either. It's the glues, natural and artificial flavorings, salt and sugar that are messing up your system. Foods made with seed oils also messes up your gut. I understand the purpose of the food banks for those who can't afford to buy food for the family. It just scares me how many processed food items they give out. In the long run it makes you sick and then have to rely on the doctor. Look into possible getting a small camp stove that uses a propane canister or a portable butane stove with butane canisters to have for cooking during the times when you have no stove, An outdoor BBQ that you put briquettes in will also work to heat a pot of food up.

For the chicken, you could make chicken and noodles in the crockpot. Or, you could make a chicken and rice casserole.
