Whow.......and I'm a standard bank client who experience the failure of Standard Bank to complete a simple ATM card renewal. Since I'm abroad. Prior to my ATM card expiry 2020 I requested assistance to have my new card couriered to me in Philippines. Mam! today is 2024,.. 5years later and pages of Messenger and Twitter conversations and 2 international phone calls...but no luck yet!
