Once every decade some musical geniusses come to life: sixties the Beatles, seventies without a doubt was the Steely Dan decade. Both sets of composer/musicians had overwhelming influence on the musical developments of their decade.

Excellent. Walter Becker shows why he was/is one of the best and most innovative guitarists ever. It takes more than technical ability to play, you have to feel it, Walter definitely did.

My absolute favorite band of all time. The only concert I ever attended by myself and had the best time ever. I kept looking at the crowd asking folks, wtf are you not up jamming to this shyt?? It was a concert here in STL, 2013. My city let me down, but I made it up to SD with my own enthusiasm singing and dancing to every song. I was finally able to see them after hearing their music most of my life. RIP WB!!
as further facts unravel I have found it to be true that this bodacious band win the prize in my heart for all time.
Steely Dan were always true to themselves. Truly a most original and unique band that invented atmospheres and grooves that burned your soul.
Well you wouldn;t me coz my cat cat bit me.Sepsis but recovering. Both Walter and Donald are fabulous. will reunite in heaven, whatever that is. They will create it for me! Long live Walter. This was a union made in heaven. Spent a whole day or two working out their lyrics. God bless whoever she is!!!
can you imagine how expensive it is for Donald and Walter to put on this show? Video truck and six or seven cameras, audio multitrack truck, post production so we can watch this for free, the best musicians in the world . . . Wow. Just wow.
Expensive for them to put the show on ......but the ticket price is worth every single penny !!!!!!
They owed their fans shows like these for refusing to tour from July 1974 -- August 1993.

I was fortunied to see them perform live a few times (North See Jazz).
I regret Walter Becker is not amongst us any longer!

love Jon Heringtons solo in Bhodisatva ..he uses Charlie Parkers blues progression ..the one he used on Blues for Alice and Confirmation ...as a jazz guy it's great to hear rock guys really investigating different harmony

saw this tour, it was amazing, 100 + concerts and this is a top 10 for sure
Saw them in Copenhagen during the same (?) tour, maybe 2007. Think it was the same set list. Sam Yahel Trio (organ, saxophone and drums) as opener and they were also great with Kresten Osgood on drums. Keith Carlock is also one of the stronger memories I have from the concert.
I was actually at this concert. Awesome experience.
