      Awww - thank you. I was able to make these through a small broadcaster here in Canada, but we reached the maximum number of episodes they produce - it was nice having the resources to hire a crew, but it's not cost prohobitive to do it myself yet at this point - perhaps if the channel continues to grow something like this might be possible in the future! :)

    Bonjour from France! Bless the algorithms that brought me to this wonderful channel and family! ❤ I've been vegan for about 14 years, but due to unealthy habits, stress and menopause (🤬), I have put on a lot of weight in the past few years... I decided to go PB a few weeks ago and have lost 9 pounds to date, but I've been looking for inspiration for fun recipes, variety and also more healthy desserts--and here you are! Love how real, funny and quirky your famiky is! Merci ! 😊❤

    RECIPE QUESTION: @19:28 for the buttered chickpeas he says to add 2.5 T of cumin powder and then 2 t of cumin….is the second ingredient supposed to be a different spice? or is he adding in just THAT much Cumin? 🤔

    • @pbwithjeremy

      Should be: 2 1/2 tsp curry powder

    Very glad i rewatched the video after looking at the squash bolagnese recipe on the website 😅

    Have you tried making other flavours of "deli meat"? I've tried your recipe.....it's actually really good and I wasn't even a huge fan of a lot of deli meats when I ate them. I'd say the one you posted is similar to turkey. Ever tried making a roast beef flavoured one?? If you haven't....that would be great for a future video....*hint hint*....if you could figure it out. Thank you so much for your recipes.....a few of them are already favorites for me :)

    Hello Jeremy. Love this video. How do I cook the deli meat without a pressure cooker?

    • @pbwithjeremy
      @pbwithjeremy  5 місяців тому +1

      100%. You can just steam it on the stove if you’ve got a steamer set up. Once boiling, add the foil-wrapped seitan to the steamer basket and steam for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 160F (71C). The seitan will puff up in the foil and become tight. Once steamed, remove and allow to cool. For the best texture let the seitan cool overnight in the fridge. Hope that helps!
