It's certainly not every day that you see a father and son cooking together in the kitchen. That's parenting done right!
Bonjour from France! Bless the algorithms that brought me to this wonderful channel and family! ❤ I've been vegan for about 14 years, but due to unealthy habits, stress and menopause (🤬), I have put on a lot of weight in the past few years... I decided to go PB a few weeks ago and have lost 9 pounds to date, but I've been looking for inspiration for fun recipes, variety and also more healthy desserts--and here you are! Love how real, funny and quirky your famiky is! Merci ! 😊❤
So glad you found it - and CONGRATS on the success so far!!! Welcome to our community!!!
I loved this. Sometimes the cookbook videos suffer cause you are dealing with a suspect recipe, with this the viewer can tell it’s food you like.
Those one come with the additional element of surprise for sure. Which can be fun for some people if you’re into that sort of thing. I’d like to think we’ve got a little bit of content for everyone with a couple different things we do here thanks for watching!
Pb with j today + morning coffee=😊
Morning Maxine!!!
Love love LOVE! The look of all of these!! Really can’t wait to get to trying them! Only suggestion is maybe adding cooking instructions for mug cake to the description? Love your work!! Thanks for all the effort you and your family put in 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿😉😉
We have a mug cake recipe on the channel!
Omg!!! So glad I got see the naan and butter beans made. That makes it easier for me since I'll be making it this weekend. And oh gosh that cookie cake!!! I want to make that asap. ❤😂 Yummy recipes!!
Glad I found you. Thanks for speaking the recipe aloud, as you go. So helpful.
Welcome!
My Mom who is transitioning to a WFPB lifestyle soooo enjoyed watching this one with me!!!! Excellent job showcasing such lovely recipes!
Awesome! Thank you!
In the US, most margarine still has some kind of dairy in it. There are only a couple that are vegan.
How do ee demand another episode
Awww - thank you. I was able to make these through a small broadcaster here in Canada, but we reached the maximum number of episodes they produce - it was nice having the resources to hire a crew, but it's not cost prohobitive to do it myself yet at this point - perhaps if the channel continues to grow something like this might be possible in the future! :)
My daughter is allergic to bananas. I love the way you add other options.
You're welcome! Let me know if you ever need a swap, Rosie!
I’ll send my thanks to as I share that allergy.
New subscriber. Found you by searching granola recipe. Hi Jeremy❤😊
Thanks for subbing! Hope you enjoy the granola!!!

Jeremy, you are an excellent teacher! Thank you!
Wow, thank you!
Saving this thanks Jeremy🎉🎉
Love your very inspirational videos ❤
Thank you so much!
Thanks, you’re being very helpful!
Happy to help!
Thank you for such an inclusive mix of recipes!
Our pleasure!
Definitely saving this one to make this week!
Yipee!!!
I've been making your banana bread almost weekly! I've adding coco powder and put it in a cake pan. I've also added pumpkin. I can't wait to try this cake 😀✌️. I'm going to try the spaghetti squash recipe too. I made a sauce leaving out lentils but added walnuts and TVP. Your sauce looks delicious 😋
how much cocoa did you use?
@@pbwithjeremy 1/4 cup...well...not that I measure, lol
. . . cute . . . when kneading naan.... more flour, if "kneaded" . . . no pun intended... 😊
Hi Jeremy, Thank you so much for this video. At minute 19:41 for the butter chick, you say 2.5T cumin powder, then 2t cumin. Did you mean coriander or another powder? Thanks!
My bad - the 2 1/2 Tbsp should be curry powder!
Nice recipes Jeremy. Is there a substitute for vita wheat gluten for gluten sensitive persons?
Not that I know of, sorry! But It' on my list to see if I can't figure it out.
Hello Jeremy. Love this video. How do I cook the deli meat without a pressure cooker?
100%. You can just steam it on the stove if you’ve got a steamer set up. Once boiling, add the foil-wrapped seitan to the steamer basket and steam for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 160F (71C). The seitan will puff up in the foil and become tight. Once steamed, remove and allow to cool. For the best texture let the seitan cool overnight in the fridge. Hope that helps!
@@pbwithjeremy Thanks so much!
My pleasure!
The chocolate chip cake how much beans are going in there is it 1 can or more nice vlog i love it the recepice are amazing love the butter chicken love everithing im ging to prep tomorow😊😊😊
Let me know what you think! Recipe is in the description below :)
@@pbwithjeremy I'm not seeing a link for the chocolate chip cookie cake or the recipe in the description (only for the mug cake) either. Did I miss it somewhere?? I love the video!
Oh - sorry it's not currently - it's a STRONG contender for our up coming cookbook...
What quantity of white beans did you use for the chocolate chip cookie cake? Did I miss where you said that?
Did it not say in the video? I believe it's 2 cups...
Have you tried making other flavours of "deli meat"? I've tried your recipe.....it's actually really good and I wasn't even a huge fan of a lot of deli meats when I ate them. I'd say the one you posted is similar to turkey. Ever tried making a roast beef flavoured one?? If you haven't....that would be great for a future video....*hint hint*....if you could figure it out. Thank you so much for your recipes.....a few of them are already favorites for me :)
Great suggestion! This is a turkey one for sure. Haven't played with beef yet, but I 'll try too!
Hi, there. Are you sharing the recipe for the dip? Perhaps I am missing it?
Sorry - I think she made it up on the spot and I never go the amounts :(
Do you have any ideas for gluten free “deli meat”?
Sorry, not at this point :(
@@pbwithjeremy poor Wooly!…..and me.
Try sliced smoked tofu
Sauce Stash channel may have made some...
she doesn't like faux-meat - likely why I haven't bothered to make one...
Jeremy, I didn't get the mug cake recipe and it's not listed below. Help!
Check again :) You're welcome!
For the butter chickpeas , for the spices you said 2 1/2 tablespoons of cumin powder and 2 teaspoons of cumin. Is that correct?
2 1/2 tbsp of curry powder
2 1/2 tbsp of curry powder: pbwithj.ca/recipe/butter-chickpeas/
Have you tried cooking with the lights on?
Not sure what you're referring to... is it too dark for you?
. . . luv your vid with your gorgeous son...just wondering why aluminum foil for the deli meat . . . strong association of aluminum with Alzheimer’s? God Bless...🥰
None of the studies I’ve read have proven it at this point. Lots of contradictory info. We don’t use it often but will keep looking into it.
I’d wrap in parchment first and then aluminum (or for using it on a casserole, layer parchment then foil to hold it to the baking dish)
19:58 Your words say "coconut milk," but that looks like coconut milk-based yogurt to me?
Nope - that's coconut milk from a can - just thick 'cause it wasn't mixed up well.
@@pbwithjeremy That is some nicely creamy coconut milk. Thanks for correcting me before I wrote down the wrong thing.
You're welcome!
Sorry, I can’t do any soybean. Organic butter for me.
Sorry, we don't do butter.
@@1auntievenom that’s cool.
@dianamarie1652 it sure is. For the animals, the planet and our health. ❤
Earth Balance makes a great soy-free butter alternative!
@@Rat__Wife oh nice, I will check it out! Thank you
DUDE, ROAST THOSE SQUASH SEEDS OMG
Right?? Don't miss out on such a healthy, delicious treat. And you can spice them however you like: maple-sweetened, curry, salty/savory, or with a nice bit of cayenne for a spicy snack while watching a movie.
We normally do - but we can't eat them fast enough :)
@@pbwithjeremy If they go stale on you, you can re-bake them at a lower temperature for a few minutes to bring back the crispness. The same goes for homemade granola. I like to think of this as my own "scrappy cooking" hack. 😊
Nutritional yeast doesn’t taste like cheese in anyway. It’s disgusting. Everything else looks great!
Don't yuck my yum! :)
Might want to wrap that deli meat in baking paper or muslin cloth before the foil.. don’t want aluminium in your food..?
I was thinking the same thing, I wonder if baking paper would slow the process where it would need a little longer cooking...?
Can you please put the mug cake recipe on your website? You guys stopped giving the quantities of the ingredients half way through the making of it! 🤪👍🏼🙏
Added them in the description down below :)
@@pbwithjeremy thank you!!
