It’s crazy. He can barely jump now and he’s super stiff after all those back surgeries but he changed his game and is still hooping.
I hear what you’re saying but “barely jump” seems like a stretch considering the amount of poster dunks he threw down this year. However hopefully his full athleticism continues coming back the further removed from the 3rd surgery. Definitely a big difference between the 1st half of last year and the 2nd.

I always refer to him as "Stiff KD" when I watch Nuggets games. He's thriving off the ball but I feel like he needs improvement on his ball handling and slashing skills. It's not really that needed though as Nuggets is just a well oiled machine right now.
Multiple back surgeries before the age of 25. Of course he’s stiff. MPJ before the back injuries was a monster and would have been the number 1 pick in the draft.

He’s only 25, and after winning the championship just focus on growing his game. He should improve on his ball, handling and attacking the rim more often and diversified his game.
@dragicaandrejevic2060 he only shot bad in the finals. He did fine in the other series. And he is still young so he has time to redeem himself

I feel like MPJ has great potential cus he has a great build with his height. But I think the nuggets would hold him back bc he’s a third option. But I feel like he can be a off brand kd
Third option is great for him. He has no where near the handle of kd so him being off the ball is so much better than him just spamming step back 3s and dribbling off his foot like jaylen brown
MPJ in terms of athleticism, footwork and scoring plays like Greg Oden(hopefully he won't have a short career like him).
