In Lakota spirituality, Wakan Tanka is the term for the sacred or the divine. This is usually translated as the "Great Spirit" and occasionally as "Great Mystery".
Wakan Tanka can be interpreted as the power or the sacredness that resides in everything, resembling some animistic and pantheistic beliefs. This term describes every creature and object as wakȟáŋ ("holy") or having aspects that are wakȟáŋ. The element Tanka or Tȟáŋka corresponds to "Great" or "large".
Before contact with European Christian missionaries, the Lakota used Wakȟáŋ Tȟáŋka to refer to an organization or group of sacred entities whose ways were mysterious: thus, "The Great Mystery". (Wikipedia)

This time, fantasy took me to faraway places and long-lost time. I have always been fascinated by the culture and life of the Indians - the original inhabitants of (North) America. This video is a tribute to this extraordinary civilization and... to the Great Spirit, that fills and surrounds us.
The images were created by artificial intelligence, so there is no need to look for specific tribes in the depicted ornaments and symbols (also in music there are some sounds used that are not of the Native American origin). This video is not an acurate representation of Native Americans and their life. The intention was mainly to create an atmosphere of sanctity and reverence through music and thereby allow the mind to fly and visit places far from our ordinary life.
During the video, images are not repeating, but will take you to a journey through Indian day and night. You can experience their ordinary life and also touch the undescribable during shamanic ceremonies.
In the composition you will hear the flute, original prayers and songs of the Lakota tribe, shamanic drums and percussion, as well as the sounds of the summer meadow during the day and night, as well as the sound of a crackling fire.

Not much of an actual playing the intrument in this case, more of a midi related editing, but I plan to return to videos with my real guitar improvisations on top of the ambient beds @@CozyCornerAmbient .
