I think we need people to be transparent at onset and not complicate work life due to the need to hide information and trap customers. It’s a generational issue and needs to be addressed also keeps other busy working on trying to find the real truth. Instead offer transparency give true customer value and build great products. Something the enlightened folks and most of younger generation will need to do to get out of the old generational mess of lack of creativity, simplicity and transparency.
