I'm absolutely done with the NBA this is the most rigged playoffs I've seen. Lakers are somehow down to the same Nuggets that lost to the warriors last year but the lakers beat those same warriors in 6 this year. And then the heat somehow beating the #1 seed bucks and the Celtics who were just in the finals last year when they lost a play in game as the #8 seed. This is an absolute mockery and disgrace to the sport of basketball #DefundAdamSilver.

But it wasn't that difficult. Yeah, they basically went through the top seed in the East and now have Boston on the cusp of elimination. But they never faced adversity like the 95 Rockets or the 11 Mavericks faced, which I think would rank higher in terms of difficulty. By no means is this disrespecting Miami's run because if you get to the finals as an eighth-seed without being tested, you deserve to be there.

We were so close to a mighty Boston team vs LBJ & the Lakers... a historic rivalry.
So glad instead we (probably) get the best team in the league getting a chance to earn a much deserved ring for a franchise that has never won one-and an 8 seed with half the players being undrafted, led by a player who at one point in his childhood was homeless, overcoming his adversities with sheer determination and work ethic. It's glorious.
Edit: lmao I spoke too soon. Boston had something to say about this. Well, the narratives would be less compelling imo, but the games would much more electric. I think Boston matches up better against Denver, so maybe it won't be the public stomping I'd expect Denver to deliver Miami (although a Miami upset would be a cool story).

They also went up 3-0 in every series and didn't lose on the road until game 5 in the Finals (10-1 playoff road record). If you went back to the early days where he had like 10-20k subs you could tell he did a lot of research for each video and actually watched games and supplemented it with stats. Those videos had passion behind them and it felt nice that I caught a NBA youtuber who was about to become big off of good content. For the last few years you can tell he box score watches a lot and just regurgitates reddit narratives while adding in clickbait. Rusty just reads simple facts out with no passion and repeats and beats a point to the ground to fit the 8 minute criteria. Like you can tell the way he says "shoutout to Rudy for editing this video and goodbye" he just wants to put videos out there. Thats why Rusty can shit out these crap videos daily and he won't ever reach the level of basketball analysis like Kenny or P from TTW cuz you can tell they watch so much basketball and put actual watchable content out.

KNICKS was the only team in the EASTERN CONFERENCE to take the MIAMI HEAT to a game 6 and the MIAMI HEAT squad was scared of BRUNSON dropping 41 on them and it it wasn't for the TURNOVER HEAT would be playing the KNICKS in game 7 that could have went either way so put some RESPECT in the NEW YORK KNICKS and stop 🛑 acting like MIAMI HEAT had it easy with the KNICKS which they didn't

Never will i have been so conflicted about a finals matchup. Been a huge jokic fan for years now, murray is so entertaining to watch, i like many other players on their team and they play beautiful basketball, its like poetry at times.
Became a huge butler fan during the bubble, the way they understand their roles and execute their roles and just play so damn hard to me is beautiful basketball too, albeit in a different way from the nuggets beauty.
I want jokic, murray and the boys to get one. But damn, i have so much respect for the heat franchise and the culture theyve created. And the way butler leads that team? He absolutely deserves it as well.
I mean cool, either way it will be a team id like to see win but also sucks that i cant fully support one of them lol. Hoping for a great finals matchup.

However this team has shown when they need to dig down deep and win when the times get bad, they constantly don't show up.
Instead of making any trades this team should get a therapist to figure out what the hell is going on with this team's mentality.

Of course, the 1995 Rockets were defending champs so its not like they didn't have the experience, but the West was stacked with good teams like the Spurs (Rodman era), Jazz, Suns, and Sonics.
