BMW E46 TURBO BUILD: START TO FINISH IN 15 MINUTES |

- The BMW E46 turbo drift car build is pretty much complete, which means we have to mark the completion with a 15 minute compilation of the entire build from start to finish! It's been an amazing journey with many lessons learned, experience gained, and a car that is an utter blast to drive, even with such low horsepower.
The turbo "kit" is comprised of a Maxpeedingrods "Ebay" Gt3076 .82 a/r and cast bottom mount log manifold, AEM 340 LPH, Bosch Gt2 injectors, PMAS HPX MAF, and Tial 44mm wastegate amongst other mods.
The car is tuned by yours truly using the stock MS43 DME.

I just clicked on this and it is literally setup exactly the same as my S14 2JZ build, right down to the "Nice to have", and notes of where it was purchased, It's honestly kind of scary lmao Maybe this is common, but I've never looked at another one and just did mine off the top of my head.

Hello, my friend, I have a BMW E36 M54B30, I pressed the turbo on it, but I can't adjust it, can you help me?
man, this guy just made his own custom parts, tunes, and drives so well, how can he be good at so mant things
This was dope I can’t wait till my e46 m3 is done, I’ve put over $15k into the engine to fully upgrade everything and it has a top mount turbo, soon to be an 80mm
@@oidoubleu nobody puts twins on them because it makes very little difference, they spin up a single faster than a 2zj if tune it right, due to better flow and vvt, also you can’t top mount twins and bottom mount is inferior
@@Boostiverse you can top mount twins nothing is impossible, I’m going to top mount twin my S50B32, but yet again saying something is impossible means you aren’t trying hard enough
@@futurenickel702 yeah I don’t mean you can’t I just mean there’s not enough room to do it correctly and it won’t make more power by doing it that way
@@Boostiverse maybe not in a e46 engine bay but in a e36 and or e30 plenty of space
I bought a BMW E90 320i LCI model and it's on finance . Was 16.500 but all up will be paying 30.000$ and it's the most guttless car IV ever had and for the price I'm paying I can't let it go esle I loose more money the plan is to do a Engine swap next would be perfect if it had more power ... My pulsar is faster

i did this to my e36 328i cabriolet, even used the same injectors, it was the tune or the lack of people who could tune that stopped me, it did run and boost well, but ended up selling it for an M5 instead wich is now supercharged, lovely build man! brought back lots of memories

@@jeandandrea6757 I'm an engineer in the commercial aerospace industry, but that's maybe contributed to only 10% of the build. Most of this build is a result of my experience just wrenching on cars and researching different builds over the last decade.

Is this because you are not running wastegate to atmosphere?
Thanks! The fact that there’s no loud wastegate definitely helps. It also helps to put a microphone in the engine bay lol
