Here is a link to my Audi A7 Review with 100k Miles: ua-cam.com/video/QP9s981pfL0/v-deo.html
Good stuff for sure, but let me know what you think about the Audi A7/S7. Would you buy one? It is a solid do-everything car but I would def recommend Cary Import's Warranty for sure. Please follow on Twitter and instagram @exhaustsports or you may become a Patreon member. Thanks again for stopping by, please take care.

I picked up a used single owner 2018 S7 with only 16K miles. Babied and well taken care of. I have 35K miles on it now and it drives beautiful. So much power at your disposal but can still be a soft luxurious ride when you want it to be. It really is the perfect daily driver.

2015 here, love the look over both the facelift, and the 2020. got mine at 61k for about 37k with warranty, that replaced all the failed components when my turbos failed due to oil screen issue at no cost.

@@Topher_1551 in March of this year, 2022 audi finally issued a legit recall on the models effected. So in my opinion if you buy one of the impacted model years, you’ll see the open recall in the car fax, just get it fixed right away should be free.

Great job, Kevin. As an Audi owner, I have 2012 A6 FWD with a stage I tune to 288bhp and 111,000, i can confirm how well they age. I still get compliments on it's flawless appearance, also black on black, and how it runs. I have performed all the appropriate preventative maintenance and have had no need for any major repairs in the years I have owned it. As you know, the A6/A7 share the same chassis, but the base A7 was about 10 grand more with more, shall say we say, accouterments. That S7 you showed is a bargain, compared to some of it rivals. Bu the way, My wife now has the Audi, as I drive the Maserati, woo hoo! Keep those videos coming. Caio, baby.

This generation A7/S7/RS 7 was my favourite~ Really good looking sedan, and I miss that 4.0L V8 that this generation S7 had. Sure the 2.9L V6 that is in the current one, which is the same one from the RS 4 and RS 5, is amazing, but I miss that 4.0L V8 that this S7 once had.

I purchased a 2013 Audi A7 prestige. I feel in love when i test drove it. I have never been an Audi fan however I have always loved the A7 body style. After owning BMW and Mercedes i must say what Audi has over them is quality in build construction but my favorite thing besides Quattro is that Audi engines are so damn smooth. Like butter cream silk smooth. Everything about there vehicles are is just so smooth. I was a BMW fan boy and i still love them but for different reasons, like the handling dynamics.

I would concur with you that I'd prefer this generation over the newer (post 2019) for looks; Audi got it right the first time. However, as a (former) 2012 A7 owner, the main reason why I'd be more interested in newer models would be that the wiring harness of the mechanical main dash display (through which is controlled many of the car's primary functions) is prone to wear because it has to rise out of the dash countless times over the life of the car. Repairing these is very expensive, and in retrospect, an engineering shortcoming that I'd rather not have to deal with if I had the choice.

Good Job with the description however there were a few selling points that you left out on that particular model. It has a night (thermal) imaging feature to the left of the circular control nob. As well as the retractable spoiler that's also pretty cool. The S7 has 420hp, 405lbs ft of torque. Heated steering wheel, as well as the doors having the soft close feature.

Dude really good video man! I'm always on the look out for what the best value is in used cars and I think it'd be really sick to get a nice luxury car between 30-40k, so the S7 is definitely up the alley. The RS5 is also pretty cool since it shaves 500lbs off the S7 but I feel like the diamond stitch interior is truly high quality and a cut above, similar to something you'd find on a newer AMG car, plus the S7 seems to literally replace an SUV like you said. Curious if you tried any SUVs in the similar price, like an SQ or AMG SUV and how you feel like it compares for the practical luxury vehicle category. I have a feeling Volvo may also be a contender but I haven't really delved into their line of cars and its current used market yet. What's your thoughts on it all?

I picked one up last year, same year almost fully loaded minus the sports exhaust, Alcantera headliner/side panels, and the Sound system. Love this car, and is a bargain. Turbos do go because of a badly designed oil filter on some, which mine did, and was able to get it replaced cost free, due to emission warranty. Cont DWS 6 is the way to go, pZeros offer great grip but are loud. Also recommend oil change every 3-5k (if able too) for good measure.

@@iJustB58 So far mine has been really reliable, other than the oil screen issue, which caused my turbos to blow, that I had my audi dealership replace under emissions warranty at no cost to me. I would make sure I put aside $$ for any repairs that might be needed. I also would go for Audi Care, 800$ for 2 services, which can cost 1300 per. Make sure either the car has had the oil screen replaced/turbos replaced, or that it is fully covered, and get it in writing. You would need to find one that offers either extended or dealership warranty (which you often have to pay) . I got mine at 60k miles for 32k(not including fees) I love the preface over the post face lift (late 2015-2019) .

It bagged from factory actually. You can use some third party software to get the air suspension to lower even more.

Beautiful car, but as Audis age (upwards of 100K miles & beyond) they have a poor reliability. Just search Scotty Kilmer Audi and listen to a mechanic who has worked on them.

The early 2.0s are awful all u have to do is ask in an audi group ppl will tell u to stay away but the v6 and most of the v8 engines are super solid especially if u fix the known gremlins before they break
