This way you can build muscle even if you’re in a busy season of life, and can only get a workout in from home.
    Building muscle does not always need to be an hour workout at the gym. You can do it in a quick workout from home as well.

    I am 61 years old and have been working out most of my life. I am at the point where I want to get the most bang for my buck in my workout at home in my mancave with an adjustable bench and a wide range of dumbbells. I have been following a similar routine except I was doing the seated DB shoulder presses. The point about the incline DB incline bench already hitting the front deltoid makes sense and I am going to switch to the side lateral DB shoulder raises as you recommend. Same with the DB row. I was working both arms at once. I think the one arm while supporting your upper body allows better form and heavy, more controlled weight. Thanks for the great video! BTW, besides stretching at the end of my workouts, I do 3 sets of bicycle twisting crunches with a 30 second rest in between.

    I been exercise since grade school started lifting weights at 13 years old I’m 51 now and only do 3 exercises the arms curl, barbell squat, and chest bench press beside cardio ✌🏽

    I would not do the unilateral dumbbell roll like that as you are exposing yourself to a hernia issue. You should raise the bench to about a 45 degree angle and stand and do this exercise as you will have better support. I got this advice from Jeff Cavaliere, who's on YT and is a licensed Physical Therapist; under Athlean X. I do the other exercises as shown.

    Man. For your age, you got some bulk. 8-12 reps. i don't want bulk. I want tone. I do 1-6 reps.

      Amen 1 billion percent. I also believe America wouldn't be fat if we ate foods made by God like fruits and veggies and fish and some meats without sauces and added stuff. We are a fat society cause we eat processed foods made by man. We must always trust in the lord for everything food,finances and things like that to survive. Thank you and God bless
