There's so much to take in on 1st playthrough of the entire album, so it'll take a wile to sink in. - I'm loving what I'm hearing so far. - Bridear are back and as good as ever. - I would have likesd a little more of that anthemic sound that [ Aegis Of Athena ] had, and a monster single or sleeper track to really pop from the album. - However, it'll be on my to-buy list as a physical copy, for sure. - Please cover more Bridear. They've spent many long years working their craft, and now it their time to shine, they've certainly deserved it. / Kimi ( vocals) , Moe ( Gt) , Natsumi ( Dr) , Ayumi ( Gt) and Haru ( Bass) are the curent lineup. YW. TY for putting the BB spotlight on this great band once more.
Many bands would have folded the tents after all the changes, but not Kimi and Haru. The insanity of the Japanese metal talent pool becomes clear when you look at their ability to replace so much talent without losing a step. Ayumi is proving to be a great composer too.
I would love your reaction to the other songs. And I love this album. A lot. It really surprised me and it really works as an album (a problem I have with a lot of other bands albums lately. Some seem more like a collection of singles, that don't work together that well.)
I am waiting on my copy before I listen to any of the tracks, it should arrive on Monday. But here a comment and like for engagement. A lot of new albums have released this last week or two (Asterism physical CD, Tetora, Fate Gear, Kroi, The Warning) and I haven't even been able to listen to all of them. But for some reason I am really curious about this one, especially because I wasn't a huge fan of their previous one and actually most of what I have listened to by them has been hit-or-miss. But they are one of those bands that I really want to like more and I did enjoy their first single off of this album, so hopefully I will like most of the new album.

I am so happy with what I have heard so far. I am waiting for my physical copy here in Minnesota, so I am listening to this song the first time as you. I think MOE and Natsumi have brought in some of their influences to the band and it's really coming through on this album.

Banger of an album. This track is my favourite.
I won't say I'm disappointed but in the build up to release I expected it to be even heavier. I know Moe leans in that direction.
And it's also great they are pushing Natsumi. She's on fire the whole album.
I'd be interested to see those reactions for the other songs (partly riding my own hype for the album). This song isn't one of my favorites, and initially I thought it might be too close to Still Burning structurally, but I'm liking it more now. Part of the solo reminds me of their older song Ignite.
Good point on the half-time switch only happening for the bridge; that's something I didn't realize before. I agree on the vocal harmonies, and to me they're a highlight of the album as a whole. I do think Kimi could've been a bit higher in the mix.
