In my opinion Rode is the connector between Viotti and Paganini. Rode converged the French and Italian violin schools and created a unique fusion style whose all the others after him captured something useful to develop upon. Unfortunately his greatness is almost completely forgotten.

You're right, his music is less known to the general public because ... it doesn't make sense to discuss the motives again, Rode is not the only composer ignored by violinists. But here, on UA-cam, his music is known and recognized. This makes me happy, so thanks to Friedemann Eichhorn!

I taste the style of Viotti in this lovely concerto. It makes the start of the weekend absolutely worth it. Every time amazing where you get all those beautiful compositions from and certainly commendable. Thanks my dear friend and stay in good health!

I bought this concerto two days ago using the method ''select - pay - download as mp3 or flac''. I'm very glad that you also like violin concertos in addition to piano concertos.
