friend how to reverse the side to turn the engine, my engine is turning to the wrong side, even in reverse on the radio the engine continues to turn wrong, can you help me?
To get the most life out of your Lipos and prevent them from being damaged you don’t want to drain them down too much. It’s recommended you set the parameters to the highest voltage setting.
Hi. I need some help here. This program card is compatible to Surpass Hobby KK Series ESC ? Because my esc does not have a wire to check motor overheat protection
Could you please explain how those cards work? How come it's possible to use few cards, that have settings in different order on one esc? I noticed in this case order is the same, but V2 has more adjustment in first five settings? There are videos, where people use the black card with 17 settings on a surpass 60A brushless. It's greatly confusing 😅
It’s hard to explain. Not all cards work for all ESC’s. The black one I have is an upgraded version of a popular surpass hobby grey programming card. The ones I use work with surpass hobby ESC’s but they also work with some of the other name brands that are the same but just rebranded under a different company. The hobby wing ones use a different programming card Even for me it’s confusing I hope I was able to shed a bit of light on this for you
@@RC-gj7kq Spoke with my friend who owns one and looking at the esc it should be able to be programmed with the programming card I reviewed in this video. 👍💯💥
The paper that shows the programming settings and their order overrides what is shown on the programming card. That is how it works with Hobbywing program cards, so I would assume the same for this card. I have this card but have only used it on a Rocket ESC (the new Surpass ESCs) which is what the list on the card is for. That list isn't the same as the other Surpass ESCs, so you should not base your programming off of that. A programming card can only give you access to the settings on the ESC, not give you new ones. That ESC that you programmed very likely doesn't have a setting for Motor Temp or ESC Temp, and the card will only give you the options available for that setting. So, if the setting only has 5 options you won't be able to set it to 9. You just set up that ESC all wrong, unless some of the settings lined up with the settings on the card.
I was only showing an example of what the programming card was capable of. You are correct it all depends on the esc that is being programmed and the capabilities it has
@Van_City is there any way to change it on a surpass esc, 45a in my case. I saw it done to a 150a esc using a jumper plug, youtube video "changing input voltage..". I can't find any surpass program cards that show BEC adjustment, only saw it on a hobbywing program card
Trying to find this card with that description is not easy. The one I found that looks like that says it's a ROCKET V2 programming card. There's no difference, right? Being able to set the drag brake value is important. If you need it, that's fine. If you don't and you don't eliminate it, you get instant 100% brake as soon as you ease up on the throttle!
Hi! When you have plugged in the card, it scrolled until parameter 15... But you stopped at parameter 9.... Do you think you really have parameters 10 to 15 too? What are they? I have almost the same esc ( kk v2 80a ) and programming card and on the instructions its 13 parameters but when I plug the card it goes up to 15... i am confused a bit..
@VAN CITY RC ok, maybe you can try the parameter 11 that is the turbo timing. The default value is 1 then 0 degree. You can then try to set it at the value 7 that is 60 degrees. If you do not see a difference, then we can think that the card can only read the value but is not able to set it.
Hey everyone so I love the surpass 120s/esc. Bit I just got the 150a and with the two wires. I'd like to use just 1 6s battery on it instead of always using two batterys. Can anyone tell me about this
