I started my Toyota Sequoia channel about 4 yrs ago and just hit 6k. It's funny how we're both one man bands but we refer to our channels as "we".
I've had a lot of the same struggles and something that's helped me recently is I googled how many channels reach 5k subs. It's less than 5%, so that makes me feel better.
Another thing is all the positive comments I get. And that $125+/- a month from Google always hits my bank account right when I need it.

Bud that Sequoia is a Beast!! Good job on the build! Doing UA-cam is a wild roller-coaster for sure. I always hear people say UA-cam has a break through moment when you finally hit and the channel grows like crazy. So I use that as a motivational goal. The payouts are a plus for sure but I usually save them up and donate them to non-profit animal rescue centers and gas for trips. It would take years to make up enough to actually pay for car parts🤣. Thanks for the comment keep up the work on your build and your channel!
