    Just here to tell you that you have naturally curly hair. Someone with straight hair can't do this because you are basically just giving shape to what you have.

    Then you got me watching this even though I have natural curls lmao. All of this makes me feel better about it. It always looked like crap when I was a kid, I never used gel or anything besides shampoo and pretty much never brushed it. I would also use that 3 in 1 shampoo, bodywash, conditioner crap that just isn’t good for your hair. But it looks a hell of a lot better now. I style it all the time and I’m getting a lot more compliments than I used to. To think I didn’t like it at one point, when people envy this hair type so much and spend so much money trying to get it to look that way. I don’t get why so many people in my family straighten it, curls look better imo. Btw great video. The cinematography and editing is on point. And your hair looks great. A lot of people make it painfully obvious when it’s fake curly or burnt to hell fake straight hair. But I couldn’t even tell, it looks great.

      You should attempt using sea salt spray, the curling cream, or both to see what works for you. Using those along with scrunching/twisting your hair with your fingers should at least give you some waves. You can also get hair ties and tie individual sections of your hair to achieve more curls

      I would say maybe 3 or 4 inches. You might be able to get a similar result air drying it. A blow dryer by itself would likely ruin the hairstyle so it would be better to get a diffuser. There are some universal ones that might be able to fit the one you have

    I’m part African American, native American, French, Spaniard and German, so my hair does what it wants, but the good thing is that even though iss straight I can make it curly by twirling my hair around my finger but I didn’t want to have to do all that, guess if I don’t wanna perm I should do it

    • @kennynunez

      Might be able to get close by air drying it only if you already have some waves. The twisting hair part only works if you have a blow dryer with a diffuser to help it dry faster and keep the curls / waves in place

    How long can this hairstyle last without keeping doing it daily. And does it get ruined when you shower?

    • @kennynunez
      @kennynunez  4 роки тому

      Since this isn’t a perm, it’s only going to last until you wash your hair. My hair usually goes back to normal once I wash it. You could also get hair ties to keep it curly overnight but again it’s very temporary. The only way to keep your hair curly for weeks or months at a time is to get a perm. I didn’t want to put all those chemicals in my hair which is why I do the twist and blow dry method.
