Colonel Jim Keene conducts the Concert Band in Julius Fučík's circus march, "Thunder and Blazes (Entry of the Gladiators, Opus 68)," arranged by Louis-Philippe Laurendeau. Recorded live in-concert on August 28, 2021 at the Highmark Amphitheater at Liberty Park in Erie, PA. See if you can hear any "extra" sounds in this performance, and let us know in the comments!

That this was meant to be a Soldier's March is wild to me, I can hear the idea behind it but it's so ingrained in my head of being linked to the circus that I can't imagine anything else.

Blame Carl Fischer and Louis-Phillippe Laurendeau. Julius Fucik actually composed this song as a military march.
