Hi bought OnePlus Nord 3 yesterday by mistakenly inserted the sim ejector into mic..it would be any damage will happen.

No, there won't be any damage to the mic because that hole is bent 90° from inside

back cover isnt plastic. it has some glass finish and i did the mistake and fcked up.
