can you use something in the home to clean the printhead?

Yea rinse it under the faucet. Water won’t hurt it and save the $25 on the cleaning solution.

I replaced the print head with a new one from HP, but problem still exists. I noticed black ink has leaked all over on the right side of the printer. Any advice?
