Sir, when we joined at SF college under GQ we approached them to give willingness form for upgradation. They did not give and told us thay we can directly apply for reallotment. Is it correct or not. Willgness required to be submitted for upgradation or else. Please give your suggestion.
No need of willingness form... You can participate in R2 and if you reallotted you can collect your certificate from the 1round college and join in the reallotted college.
